The carers who come to look after my dad are wonderful. Always kind, patient, smiling, and very compassionate. My dad always looks forward to their visits, it lightens his day. They are always willing to do extra work. Very professional. Their work means a lot to him. The office staff have always kept us informed and completed regular reviews of his needs.
