I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how wonderful Sehajpreet has been while caring for my grandma, Kartar Kaur. She has such a genuinely caring nature, which is so important in this role, and she is always punctual and reliable. During what has been a very difficult time for our family, she has brought warmth and positivity into my grandma's days and truly lifted her spirits. She is incredibly helpful, consistently positive, and without a doubt an asset to your company.

Lalis has provided care for my husband, Peter, since he came home after three months in hospital in August . The carers are knowledgeable, efficient, patient and understanding. Whenever we have an appointment or emergency they are always available to give advice and prepare us for what will happen next. They give the whole family support, not just the client

Yesterday my mother was taken to hospital because she had not taken her medicines for two days and as far as we can see no comments were made on the daily sheet that the carer should complete to evidence they've been there. Nothing. Message sent to out of hours mobile service expecting a call but nothing so I called. They thanked me for the call and the so-called team leader had absolutely no idea. At the time of writing this two hours since I spoke to them and they promised to call back but again and nothing.
Previously, I asked the owner to give me a call but nothing so you can see where I'm going with this. I'm not sure this is a good company to care for people who need it and I will happily put a good message on here if things change.
Hi, we are restricted by a word limit - As to medication the council issued care plan states "None: Care worker is not involved in medication support. Customer is independent in taking their own medication." As to monitoring the care calls were logged on the ECM system. As to communication the same...
Leaving a positive review for this company, in particular for the work of two members of staff. They provide great regular care for my father, and they go out of their way to truly understand what is best for him. They always ensure that he has taken all his medication and are pro-active in their approach (making sure that he does not run out of his medicine/ letting me know if he is running low). They treat my father like their family and my dad very much enjoys their company. Thank you again for all your hard work.

Our team of carers provided by Lalis are excellent, we couldn't ask for a better group. They've worked with us to make my father's care as smooth as possible and they often go above and beyond the call of duty. Special mention to five particular members of staff, all of whom are like family now. Would also like to thank the manager, who has been exceptional in helping to organize her team.
