Audley Care St George's Place

My wife (passed 26/01/20) and I came here three and a half years ago and immediately felt 'at home'. It was a wonderful move and we always appreciated the care and support which we have received and which I, now a widower, continue to receive.

Absolutely excellent - - it's rather like having a friend in the house but with the place looking and smelling like new once they've left! It is a great comfort and delight to have this service. Many thanks.

My father needed home care at night with little notice. Audley were very quick to assess my dad and put in place exactly what he needed. The staff were all exemplary - friendly and professional, with a sensitivity to my dad's needs. They all seemed to want to go the extra mile to help make life easier for Dad.

I find the care provider to be excellent she is punctual, helpful in every way, willing and cheerful in undertaking anything I ask her to do and altogether an invaluable asset to my life.

I have been very satisfied with the Audley Care St George's Place I have received for the past 15 months and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing similar care. Obviously, individual carers have differing abilities but the trouble is taken to train new carers of which there have been a number recently. I also appreciate the trouble that is taken to rearrange and reschedule to fit in with any individual needs and to notify me when last minute changes are necessary through sickness etc. Accurate records of timekeeping have improved since the introduction of electronic reports and care is made not to exceed the allotted times.

The care provided by Audley Care has always been of a very high standard and well appreciated by both my mother and myself.

The staff are always very caring and my mother looks forward to the visits - both from the perspective of care but always from a social/personal perspective.

I feel she is treated as an individual, with respect and with care and consideration.

My father (who passed away some years ago) received care at home (from another care provider) and the positive difference in the standard of care is very noticeable. The care and support provided by the Audley team is always of a high standard, professional and caring. An interest is taken in her wellbeing and how they can assist in or improving the care provided to her (with additional support or visits).

It really does make a difference to her being able to remain at home.

I was very happy with the quality of the pre-care briefing and the speed and efficiency with which the care manager responded to my e-mails and made the process happen. We had a thorough shadowing which was also very comforting - to give the carer the best chance to get comfortable and make the relationship with my father work as well as possible.

The carers are really excellent and personable and have developed a caring and friendly relationship with my mother. Very down to earth and practical, yet sympathetic. It's very reassuring to know my mother has consistent care.

Having Audley Care Ltd (Edgbaston) for me has really improved my time at the home making it thoroughly enjoyable.

The care for my grandmother has been fantastic. She is not the easiest to please, but doesn't have a bad word to say about the manager and her team! Each person has taken the time to get to know her and they are all amazing with how they care for her. Thank you for everything!
