Master One Care

We are so glad that we switched to Master One Care from our existing care company. The Master One carers first started providing a much needed exercise call for mum and we noticed a marked difference in their professionalism and kindness. We have grown to know all of the carers well and they go above and beyond to provide our mum with a good quality of life, respecting her autonomy and giving her a lot of confidence and - importantly - laughter. We are provided with a fortnightly roster ahead of the calls and this brings security and peace of mind. We can enjoy much happier times as a family now that we are working with Master One Care.

The service overall has been excellent with very few exceptions some members of staff go above and beyond to make my husband comfortable and to assist me with tasks I find difficult and are very mindful of his health conditions

Master One Care have been doing morning care visits for my Mum for a number of years. They have been fantastic. My Mum loves the visits, the staff are professional and lively and have adapted to her changing needs over the years. Master One Care communicate well with my Mum and with family members when the need arises (such as shopping requirements or more urgent medical issues). Master One Care have always been reliable no matter the traffic or the weather. This is a great comfort for my Mum and our family. We would certainly recommend Master One Care for regular care visits.

I can not fault the care given by MasterOneCare. They are carers in the true sense of the word. They do not only provide essential care through personal care, medical assistance and support around the house. They truly care for those in their care. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to provide a first-class service to my father. Living over 100 miles away from him, I have the utmost confidence in their ability to look after him as a person, a human being and not just a client. They treat him with care and compassion. They look after him as if he was one of their family. They talk to him as a valued member of the family. I could not have hoped for a better company to be caring for my father. MasterOneCare have been providing care for my father for some months. They have also been keeping an unofficial eye on Mum which has resulted in calls to GP when she has been looking unwell.

Their care has certainly been a significant factor in transforming Dad from a very poorly man to being quite lively.

MasterOneCare are simply put, amazing. The care they give my mother is second to none, every single carer goes out of their way and nothing is too much trouble. They are gentle and treat her with so much compassion and dignity. If we have to change things at short notice it’s never a problem and if we need them sooner than their allocated time they will get to us. They have been instrumental in getting extra help Mum needs while trying to deal with the transition from social care to CHC which has caused a huge amount of stress. Having had to remove 3 previous firms for neglect and safeguarding issues we made the best decision to instruct MasterOneCare and would never go back. I would be very happy to recommend MasterOneCare to friends and family if they needed similar care. MasterOneCare is a family run company and is very caring and professional. The regular carers have developed a good relationship with my mother who suffers from dementia. The managing director and co-ordinator are both 'hands-on' and will often see Mum either to provide care or to check on Mum if anything of concern has been raised by the regular carer. The co-ordinator is very approachable, and I know I can ring her at any time if I have any worries or want to discuss Mum's care. They are always willing to offer extra help. When I recently was unable to get Mum's shopping, it was no trouble at all for the carer to buy the essentials. Every visit, the carer log on the app and logs out at the end reporting on the visit: medication is given, what drinks and snacks have been left, and how Mum seemed, that sort of thing. As it only takes a minute to check, I find the app reassuring.

I can fully recommend MasterOneCare. The whole team have provided care with kindness and generosity to my Mum over the past 11 months, even visiting her when she was in hospital. They provide a reliable service and are very good at communicating both with my Mum and with me and my siblings. They have been flexible to adjust their service when needed, particularly over the Christmas period with last-minute changes to rules regarding family get-togethers. We are extremely grateful for all they do to allow my Mum to continue to live in her home.

MasterOneCare was recommended to me by a friend whose mother was a client. I'd had a previous care agency for my mother and was not happy with the care they provided. The change in the care provided by MasterOneCare was such an improvement immediately. There was no comparison. They are very professional but also nothing was too much trouble for any of their staff and I can't thank them enough for the care and affection they gave to my mother who lived at home until she was 101. The carers from this agency have built up a lovely relationship with my father (the client), myself, and family. The carers are from a small group so they all know my Dad and are fully aware of his needs. They are consistently prompt for all calls which are reassuring.
