are both 'hands-on' and will often see Mum either to provide care or to check on Mum if anything of concern has been raised by the regular carer. The co-ordinator is very approachable, and I know I can ring her at any time if I have any worries or want to discuss Mum's care. They are always willing to offer extra help. When I recently was unable to get Mum's shopping, it was no trouble at all for the carer to buy the essentials. Every visit, the carer log on the app and logs out at the end reporting on the visit: medication is given, what drinks and snacks have been left, and how Mum seemed, that sort of thing. As it only takes a minute to check, I find the app reassuring.

been flexible to adjust their service when needed, particularly over the Christmas period with last-minute changes to rules regarding family get-togethers. We are extremely grateful for all they do to allow my Mum to continue to live in her home.
