Gemma has worked in domiciliary care for over 15 years. Gemma began her career as a care worker in her home town of Northampton before gaining experience as a Field care supervisor, care coordinator, deputy manager and registered manager. Gemma has in this time completed her level 2 in health and social care, level 3 in health and social care, level 5 in leadership for health and social care and an award in education and training (PTLLS)level 3. Gemma is continuously looking for further training to complete and encourages and supports her staff to do the same. Gemma has a real passion for care and thrives for her team to always be working to the best of their abilities. Gemma is also the Registered manager of Master One Care in London where she is currently managing high-quality care successfully and Mi Life Care Services head office in Leicester where the service is rated Outstanding in caring by CQC.

Ellie has worked in domiciliary care for over 6 years. She began her career as a care worker before gaining experience as a Field care supervisor and care coordinator. Ellie has in this time completed her levels 2 and 3 in health and social care. She is a passionate, caring person who works hard to ensure that all client's needs are met to the highest standards possible.
