Master One Care offers live-in care, personal care, companionship, overnight support, assistance with medication, household duties, shopping, meal preparations, companionship and much more.

Staff all hold a current enhanced DBS and are fully trained to a very high standard by the registered manager. All of Master One Care's staff complete a robust recruitment program to enable the team to ensure that all staff are compassionate, empathetic, trustworthy and reliable.

Master One Care offers care and support that meets your requirements, from a 30-minute visit to 24 live in, 365 days a year, for both short and long term. All care delivered by Master One Care staff is to a very high standard and is always person centred ensuring that all clients' needs are met.

The Care Coordinator works hard to meet all clients' needs, making sure the regular care workers attend clients' homes at regular times.

The Care Coordinator monitors clients' needs in order to support them with the correct care plan, and the suitable carer.

Master One Care works closely with health professionals in the care sector to ensure the best outcome is achieved for all clients.

Navigating your way through emotional times through the plethora of bad experiences and difficult decisions can be tough when dealing with the care of a loved one. Working with MasterOneCare has been the best decision we ever made. Every single carer has been positive, professional and personal. We
often have to remind ourselves that we are just one of a number of clients due to the absolute highest level of personal care and attention we have received. ‘Above and beyond’ doesn’t even start to describe their attitudes. My wife and I unreservedly recommend MasterOneCare. They have undoubtedly extended the life of my father-in-law and given us complete trust and peace of mind as we have coped with a 100-mile distance between us and our very poorly loved one.

MasterOneCare have been absolutely fantastic in providing care for my mum. They have been so professional from the start and have gone above and beyond my expectations during a very difficult period of time. The care and support provided has been exceptional.
They have an app that I am able to log
on to after each visit, which provides excellent feedback and details. This has been so reassuring and helpful, but also highlighted any issues/alerts that have been raised. They have also provided detailed correspondence to other medical professionals to try to gain additional support for my mum.
I can not fault MasterOneCare and would highly recommend them.

I can not fault the care given by MasterOneCare. They are carers in the true sense of the word. They do not only provide essential care through personal care, medical assistance and support around the house. They truly care for those in their care. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to provide
a first-class service to my father. Living over 100 miles away from him, I have the utmost confidence in their ability to look after him as a person, a human being and not just a client. They treat him with care and compassion. They look after him as if he was one of their family. They talk to him as a valued member of the family. I could not have hoped for a better company to be caring for my father. Every single person in the team, he counts as a friend and trusts whole-heartedly.

MasterOneCare have been providing care for my father for some months. They have also been keeping an unofficial eye on Mum which has resulted in calls to GP when she has been looking unwell.


Staff and management are friendly and caring, treating Dad with respect and love (and he loves it!)

care has certainly been a significant factor in transforming Dad from a very poorly man to being quite lively.

MasterOneCare are simply put, amazing. The care they give my mother is second to none, every single carer goes out of their way and nothing is too much trouble. They are gentle and treat her with so much compassion and dignity. If we have to change things at short notice it’s never a problem and if
we need them sooner than their allocated time they will get to us. They have been instrumental in getting extra help Mum needs while trying to deal with the transition from social care to CHC which has caused a huge amount of stress. Having had to remove 3 previous firms for neglect and safeguarding issues we made the best decision to instruct MasterOneCare and would never go back. I would be very happy to recommend MasterOneCare to friends and family if they needed similar care. MasterOneCare is a family run company and is very caring and professional. The regular carers have developed a good relationship with my mother who suffers from dementia. The managing director and co-ordinator
are both 'hands-on' and will often see Mum either to provide care or to check on Mum if anything of concern has been raised by the regular carer. The co-ordinator is very approachable, and I know I can ring her at any time if I have any worries or want to discuss Mum's care. They are always willing to offer extra help. When I recently was unable to get Mum's shopping, it was no trouble at all for the carer to buy the essentials. Every visit, the carer log on the app and logs out at the end reporting on the visit: medication is given, what drinks and snacks have been left, and how Mum seemed, that sort of thing. As it only takes a minute to check, I find the app reassuring.

I can fully recommend MasterOneCare. The whole team have provided care with kindness and generosity to my Mum over the past 11 months, even visiting her when she was in hospital. They provide a reliable service and are very good at communicating both with my Mum and with me and my siblings. They have
been flexible to adjust their service when needed, particularly over the Christmas period with last-minute changes to rules regarding family get-togethers. We are extremely grateful for all they do to allow my Mum to continue to live in her home.

MasterOneCare was recommended to me by a friend whose mother was a client. I'd had a previous care agency for my mother and was not happy with the care they provided. The change in the care provided by MasterOneCare was such an improvement immediately. There was no comparison. They are very professional
but also nothing was too much trouble for any of their staff and I can't thank them enough for the care and affection they gave to my mother who lived at home until she was 101. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone who needs care for themselves or a loved one.

We met MasterOneCare three years ago when our father was in need of urgent care and support. From then up until the current date, they have supported us as a family, providing excellent care and kindness, always in a very professional way. Sadly, our father has now had to move into residential care.
We cannot thank MasterOneCare enough for making our father's time at home safe and happy. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and in fact have made two personal recommendations to other service users. Thank you so much to the MasterOneCare team.

I would highly recommend MasterOneCare. What they said they could do for my mother they did (in fact more). When they said they would visit at certain times during the day, they did. I always received a text to say they have arrived and a text to say what they had done and how mother was.
The care,
safety and wellbeing for my mother was first class, giving me great peace of mind that she was being well looked after.
MasterOneCare offer en efficient service and fantastic support and mum felt spoilt with their care.

Louise has been at Master One Care for over seven years as our care coordinator.


Louise works hard to meet all of our clients' needs, making sure the regular care workers attend our client's homes at regular times.


Louise monitors our client's needs in order to support them with the correct care plan, and the suitable carer.
She works closely with the health professionals in the care sector to ensure the best outcome for the clients is achieved.


Louise is fully trained to a very high standard and is very experienced in all aspects of care. Louise is currently working on her Level 4 qualification in Health and Social care.
