I am writing this review on behalf of myself and my mother, who sadly is no longer able to write for herself. We are both very happy with the care services that my mother receives. All the staff are very kind and have many years of experience. They treat my mother with dignity and respect always. I would find it very difficult to care for my mother without the care and support from this care service.

I would highly recommend MasterOneCare. What they said they could do for my mother they did (in fact more). When they said they would visit at certain times during the day, they did. I always received a text to say they have arrived and a text to say what they had done and how mother was.
The care, safety and wellbeing for my mother was first class, giving me great peace of mind that she was being well looked after.

MasterOneCare offer en efficient service and fantastic support and mum felt spoilt with their care.

I am very pleased with the girls who came in to help me. They are all cheerful and ready to help in every way, always chatty and interested in all I do. On the rare occasion, I have a wobbly their sympathy is most welcome. Please convey my grateful thanks to all of them.

We could not have made a better choice than MasterOneCare Ltd. The whole staff took the best care of my Mum in her final few months. We recommended them without any reservation whatsoever. They work hard for you and are beyond reproach.

There are two carers who visit dad in the morning and evenings. They take care of his personal needs and prep breakfast and evening meal for him. To us, they chat and interact with him which is very special. They encourage him to do what he can and assist. Their paperwork is very efficient and everything is recorded at each visit. They are in regular contact with us offering advice suggestions and recommendations whilst totally professional they are caring people. Can't recommend MasterOneCare highly enough.

MasterOneCare Ltd provide an excellent service. Their carers are all very caring and have built a great relationship with my mother, for whom they provide the care 4 times a day, my father and all the family. They are very professional, friendly and are always on time. We have never had any cause for complaint in the 4 months they have been providing care. We feel very happy and relaxed to have them in our home and caring for mum. They are extremely highly recommended.

Overall my care has been very good. There have been a few problems with some carers but eventually, put right after new carers joined the company. Some problems took a long time to sort out due to lack of communication which I trust will be sorted out better in the near future. The carers are friendly, helpful, understanding and listen to what you/I have to say and ask their help.

My parents have had home care before. I was not completely happy with what I was getting told by my parents, so I thought I would try another company, and I am so happy I did. MasterOneCare has been brilliant, my parents love the carers and they are very professional at what they do. They actually have made me and my parents realise that the previous company was not doing what they should have been doing with caring for my parents. They go out of their way for my parents and you can see the passion they all have for their job. I would like to say a huge thank you. You have taken a huge weight off our family.

Asked this company for care quote for my father.
After a very intense discussion, I became very aware of the High Standards offered. I was shown in much detail a paperwork trail of my father's needs, things that previous companies did not advise me on or were actually doing.

Very glad I did about 2/3 hours of important input from both the company and our needs. Very worthwhile taking the time, and it is still working a treat.
