New care providers to us, very prompt and thorough. As I am quite houseproud I feel that they tend to be a bit clumsy with equipment. Do everything required. Always on time. Very pleasant and courteous to my husband who has dementia, Parkinson's and is doubly incontinent. He is still getting used to the new people but overall, I am satisfied with the level of care. Just extra care required with wheelchair and frames etc - negotiating doors.

Cott's care have been extremely caring, considerate and kind to my mum. They treat her with dignity and respect. They are always willing to go that extra mile and my Mum looks forward to them coming in. Any minor problems have always been dealt with quickly and promptly. Communication has always been good. Any staff who do not connect with my mum do not return.

In great need of assistance in recovery from a prolonged stay in hospital after my hip replacement, Cott's Care were there! Coming twice daily, am for showers and pm to prepare me for bed and on the dot every day. They cheerfully and tenderly encouraged me towards independence, with both sympathy and understanding of my plight. Always had respect for my dignity and anal needs, for which I am very grateful. Cott's Care Ltd provide hourly care support for my mother once a week. They have been reliable and friendly. Most important is that my mother is responsive and appreciative of the care they have provided. I am aware that my mother needs may change in the future and I would be more than happy with Cott's Care Ltd, increasing their input when needs arise!

The team of carers are friendly and considerate of the client's needs and current situation. The care that is provided is consistent during both day and night, which is a comfort to both client and family members. Very pleased with the overall standard and care provided.

My experience of Cott's Care Ltd is I feel they are struggling to find carer, but I have never been let down and someone has always turned up for me if late they would phone me to tell me they are on their way. The carers that come are efficient in their duties and caring which is all that matters.

The staff appear committed to providing holistic support for elderly frail patients. This has allowed my mother to regain her strength and start to make progress towards independent living again. The small group of carers really make the effort to get to know the patient and can rapidly pick up on any areas of concern. As the daughter of a client, Cott's Care has provided not only excellent care for my mother but they have also relieved a great burden of concern from my shoulders.

My view of Cott's Care Ltd is that it is a professional and well-run care provider that provides a high standard of support with particular emphasis on the dignity and personal requirements of the customer. The level of care and support provided is very good although there is some variability in the quality of the individual staff members that provide the hands-on care. That said all carers who supported my father during his recovery phase on discharge from hospital conducted themselves in a very professional manner and performed to a high standard.

Stepped in at short notice when I came out of hospital. Very friendly and kind and will do anything you ask, including things to help my wife.

When Mum left hospital after an extended stay, it was clear that care at home was required. I cannot thank the Manager and the team at Cotts Care enough. Her compassion, integrity and professionalism was clear from the start and continues to impress. The Manager and her team treat Mum with respect, gentle care and great understanding, regularly lift her mood, suggest new relevant activities, encourage her in a variety of ways and take Mum for walks and outings. She got to know Mum and then matched Mum with her carers with insight. She continues to show kindness and share her wisdom with the family too. Mum settled into her new routine at home much quicker than I thought possible. It is a relief to know that Mum is in safe, kind and very caring hands. Mum now refers to her carers as friends. I have observed regularly the Manager and her team at work and hearing Mum laughing and chatting upstairs as she gets ready for the day ahead is more reassuring than words can say. Recommended.
