TLC have been caring for my parents for over 2 years now. They have always gone above and beyond to deliver the highest quality of care. Helping me keep my parents together when I cannot be there.

Dementia and Parkinsons and cruel conditions and to have this at the same time has been made so much easier by TLC.

It has been a difficult time but I could not have got through it all without their continued support and care.

There are many care providers but not many actually care and TLC from all their staff/carers to the owners of TLC always deliver genuine thoughtful care.

I cannot recommend them highly enough, and giving them 'Five Stars' is genuinely not high enough. We have gone through some difficult times together but they have always been there at all hours of the day and night.

TLC Homecare Services Ltd (Uttoxeter) looked after my mother following her discharge from hospital after suffering a severe stroke. Team members are effective, knowledgeable, efficient and practical but most importantly cheerful, sympathetic, encouraging, supportive and friendly. They were a breath of fresh air every time they arrived, skilful as they provided the care needed and always ensured my mother felt calm, happy and reassured by the end of each visit.

Staff also gave welcome advice and encouragement to myself and my brother when appropriate and we had full confidence in the service provided.

Mum had a great rapport with all of the team that visited her and really looked forward to their visits, I truly believe that her quality of life, memory and engagement with people was enhanced by these visits.

TLC Homecare Services Ltd provided outstanding care to my Mum for over 3 years, visiting 4 times a day until she had to reluctantly move into 24 hour care. Carers were professional, kind and considerate and above all treated Mum with compassion and dignity especially when she became bedbound. I was always kept informed of any issues that arose. The managers were friendly, approachable and flexible, adapting to changes in circumstance sometimes at short notice. I would not hesitate to recommend TLC to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

The staff at TLC came to our rescue after disastrous care organised from the hospital. My dad had care from TLC 3 times a day and then 4 times a day when he became more poorly. The carers were absolutely amazing and provided exceptional care to my Dad, treating him with respect and dignity at all times. The carers were always reliable, arriving when planned and were always kind and compassionate to him. They were a great source of advice with aids and products that would make my Dad more comfortable. As my Dad's illness progressed their care, kindness and compassion was extended to our whole family. I will always be grateful to TLC for the care they gave my Dad and my family, we could not have managed without them.

I would not hesitate to use this company again, and the extensive range of services they offer has persuaded me that I do not need to move nearer to my family in order to maintain my independence, even if I need care again at some time in the future.

My mother came out of the hospital and was assigned a care provider which was horrific in many ways and then we found TLC. Amazing company, communication was great and the care they gave my mother was fantastic. Any problems they informed us straight away and my mother started smiling again and thought the world of her carers. Our experience of TLC Homecare Services has been so positive. Their help is enabling us to care for our mother, who is suffering from dementia, in her own home. ALL of the carers who come into our home are truly marvellous, go above and beyond and feel like part of our family.

Communication is very good. Carers are kind and caring and very adaptable. Carers would ring me if there was any problems. Documentation is clear and precise. Communicated well in advance about bank holidays.

TLC have cared for my sister for the past three years and has treated her with kindness, friendliness and dignity for all that time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and as her needs increased, they have taken on all the extra tasks required. They arranged doctor visits and vaccinations, shopped, prepared lovely, tempting meals and totally supported her life, enabling her to stay in her own home. Sadly she now requires 24-hour care and has become a resident in a care home, but TLC even helped prepare her for that change. I can't thank them enough and would recommend their service to anyone. I always knew that I could ring and speak to them if a problem occurred, and they have given kindness itself to me.

Many thanks to the managers for their three-year support to my mum and dad. Don't know what we would have done without your care and support for my dad with advanced dementia. Dementia is such a cruel disease taking away your loved one's personality, but through our ups and downs with your support, we kept him in his own home for as long as we could. Thank you for your and your team's support, especially one member of staff in particular, who was amazing.

After my mother had a series of small strokes last year, TLC have been coming to care for her twice a day. The kindness and professionalism of the carers is second to none. My mother positively looks forward to their visits and feels that they are now part of her “family”. I would have no hesitation in recommending TLC to anyone requiring this service.

The managers and all the team have cared for our mum over the last 3 years we will be forever grateful to them all for their professional and caring attitude, kindness and always going above and beyond. They have enabled our mum to stay at home for as long as she could, after the sad loss of our dad. My brother was born with spina bifida/hydrocephalus and endured several more illnesses and health conditions during his lifetime; most of these in his later years, until he sadly passed away in November 2020. Apart from the final few weeks, TLC provided health care services for him for several years. It was fully recognised by close family members, that it was not an easy time for TLC in dealing with his ongoing health issues. However, all at TLC always provided care to a highly professional and excellent standard throughout. On many occasions, my brother was 'hospitalised', and TLC was always reactive and flexible in providing care upon discharge from the hospital; very often at very short notice. The family were always consulted with/advised on any personal or health issues. TLC didn't just provide care; they provided 'friendly and personal care. Thanks to all.

TLC have provided exceptional personal care to my Mom from August 2019 up to the end of November 2020. Mom was always without exception treated as the person she was and was cared for, which is exactly what was offered. Genuine and an experienced team of people who became friends to mom as part of their role to support her and us as a family. Patience and diligence in abundance, always calling mom by her name and making her smile, this experience has a huge value and cannot be compared by cost. The team of care professionals are led by true leaders who always attend clients as part of their role which demonstrates real attention to the business and support to the team, this inspires confidence in all areas. No task relative to the client's needs is an issue, even taking care of the occasional pet when required and the proactive client monitoring and reporting mean the developing needs are always being prepared for.
