Mountbatton Care provided an exceptional quality of service to our loved one and eased the burden of what was a particularly stressful period of time. The staff were very attentive, thoughtful and maintained our loved ones dignity at all times. Their support and professionalism was of an extremely high standard and it is without hesitation that we would recommend Mountbatton to anyone needing such assistance.

The care given by Mountbatten Care Ltd was excellent, providing care for my dad 4 times a day, and 5 nights a week. The staff were professional and showed empathy and treated dad with dignity. He had a special bond with Liz, Michael + Danny + Nelson. We can't thank you enough for looking after dad.

All the family were very pleased with the end of life care we recieved for Mum. The carers always treated Mum in a kind and friendly manner, talking to her nicely as they tended to her needs. Mum had lots of sores on her body so the carers always tried to change her carefully causing minimum movement and distress. We would highly recommend Mountbatten Care.

Having Mountbatton Care to help care for my husband has been wonderful. Our night sitter was punctual, polite, friendly and helpful. We would recommend them for any care you or your family may need.

All the carers who came to help me look after my dad were excellent. They treated him with dignity and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble. The overnight care was a godsend to me and again the care received was first class. All this helped me keep my dad at home for as long as possible. Thank you all again, you are angels!

Mountbatton Care Home looked after my husband John for the final few months of his life. From the very first day to the last, the girls who cared for him were wonderful. They treated him with dignity, professionalism and were always caring. They make him laugh and he interacted with them. The also ensured that I was alright after he passed away. Nobody could receive better care than we received from Mountbatton Care.

A great company whose carers do everything for me in a caring manner. They are friendly helpful, chatty they make me laugh and are funny at times. They are very good at their jobs and are very professional. I look forward to them coming they make me comfortable and I feel safe.They deserve higher pay as they work long hours in difficult circumstances. They are very obliging and reliable and always try to meet my requirements. I love my carers and I thank them very much for all they do for me.

Brilliant service from day one! All the carers were patient, respectful, polite, cheerful and a delight to have in the house. My husband used to look forward to their visits - he was always grateful for their attention. The girls worked well together nothing was too much trouble.

The staff at Mountbatten Homecare gave my mum the best care ever.They treated mum with such care and dignity. I always knew if mums carers were with mum as soon as I opened the front door as I could hear the laughter . Every single staff member treated mum like she was their mum or nan, Thank you for also for looking out for me at the same time xxx We will never forget you . I look after my elderly parents, specifically mum who has Dementia and is not able to do anything for herself. I love being with them but we had to bring in a care agency recently when I was diagnosed with cancer and started to struggle.How wrong we were in delaying using their services! Mountbatten are a family run business and it showed from the start, from James doing a home visit out of hours for our convenience, to Lisa who has sorted out what seemed to be overwhelming problems for me, and she dealt with them professionally and all in a days work! The carers themselves are polite and compassionate.They are not intrusive and are always respectful. Mum has settled nicely in their care and tries to make them laugh (mainly swearwords!). One carer even made her a "fidget blanket" to settle her and they always find time to have a chat with Dad to check on his welfare and listen to his dad jokes! We have received a warm welcome from Mountbatten and we cant thank you all enough! x

The carers are great for me because they make me feel safe. I like being rolled and they make me laugh and their stories make me smile. Furthermore, the carers are always on time and are flexible in terms of timing, tasks and are extremely friendly. At weekends, the carers allow me lay-ins by coming later. I love having my carers.

Carers visited four times daily to care for my husband after his hospital discharge at the end of May. Without exception all carers were friendly, able and confident. They all engaged well with my husband and myself and treated him respectfully and with care. I've had little contact with service managers, so cannot comment on the quality of this (below) or value for money (below) as I have no idea of the costs involved.

We have been with Mountbatton Care for a few years and have never had a problem. Lovely girls.

Myself and my husband have a great relationship with all of our son's staff. They provide him with excellent care. He has managed to lose weight with their help and has a healthy diet. They take him to the gym 3 times a week and church on Sundays. He has lots of walks and other activities that they support him with. I can contact Mountbatton Care anytime I have concerns.He is very happy with their support and no longer stressed and anxious. I can't praise them highly enough.

The service that has been provided by yourselves has been very good the staff have been respectful polite and very efficiency always taking care with personal care and take time to listen and communicate effectively to my mother they had been delightful encouraging and she is always happy to see them they lift her mood and make parts of her day with purpose to her life at home.

They are helpful in every way-always willing to assist with a smile and go the extra mile when needed. The team is both efficient and caring, showing compassion in their work. Overall, their professionalism combined with a kind-hearted approach makes this care service truly outstanding

Really caring staff, nothing too much trouble. I found all the carers that assisted my husband, to be really dedicated people. Their work was given with kindness and professionalism, and always aware of my husband's dignity. I can’t praise them enough, even their manager and staff came out to fill a gap as my husband came out of hospital a bit earlier on the day of discharge and was in need of a lunchtime visit, they filled the gap. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I can’t thank them enough!

My brother was left without heating for fifteen months or more and my brother reported he had been assaulted by a care worker. My brother looked scruffy too on visiting him and they stopped him from having a phone to contact his family and we all know why because they are mistreating him.
