This week, we’re proud to introduce the heart of our operations — James, our passionate, dedicated, and hardworking Operations Manager here at Mountbatton Care!

With an incredible 19 years of experience in care, James has truly done it all — from starting out as a support worker to working in domiciliary care and building vast experience with both children with learning difficulties and vulnerable adults. His journey is one of growth, compassion, and commitment.

He’s not just a manager — he’s a leader. Known for his down-to-earth nature, decisive action, and hands-on approach, James is the person everyone turns to in a crisis and the one who leads with heart and respect every single day.

Always putting people first, James ensures the individuals we support are at the very centre of everything we do. Whether he’s resolving challenges, motivating the team, or stepping in to support on the ground, he never stops going the extra mile.

We’re incredibly lucky to have James leading both our Supported Living and Domiciliary Care services.

Say hello to Lisa, our Domiciliary Care Manager – and an all-round Mountbatton superstar!

Caring, diligent, and always putting clients first, Lisa is known for her quick action, warm nature, and absolute dedication to the people we support. Whether she’s handling the day as our finance manager, managing our dom care team in the afternoon, or rolling up her sleeves as a carer at the weekend, Lisa does it all with heart and purpose.

Staff love her for her approachable and friendly attitude, and the individuals she supports describe her as kind, calm, and comforting.

We’re so lucky to have such a multi-talented and compassionate professional leading from the front – thank you, Lisa, for everything you do!

Meet Rav – Our Outstanding Care Co-ordinator

Rav has been an integral part of the Mountbatton Care family since 2016, bringing with him over 20 years of rich and varied experience in the care sector. His impressive CV includes supporting people experiencing homelessness, caring for the elderly, and working with individuals with complex learning needs.

Rav is everything you’d want in a care co-ordinator – friendly, approachable, honest, and always ready with a smile (and a good laugh!). His natural charm is impossible to resist, and he has a genuine talent for connecting with both staff and clients. A brilliant listener and a pillar of support, Rav is deeply committed to ensuring our care is compassionate, personal, and always delivered to the highest standard.

Meet Lauren – Our Exceptional Field Care Supervisor

Lauren has been a valued member of the Mountbatton Care team since 2016, bringing with her an incredible 18 years of experience in the care sector. Known for her calm, professional approach and depth of knowledge, Lauren is a true leader in the field and a trusted support to both clients and staff.

Her caring nature, quiet confidence, and ability to remain composed under pressure make her an inspiration to those around her. People naturally gravitate toward Lauren—clients love her warmth and reliability, and staff know they can count on her for a listening ear and sound advice.
