They are making mum and dads life so much easier in such difficult times, treating them with care and respect. Serenity Care is amazing and I don't know how we would cope without them.

The staff communicate with myself and my sister on a regular basis and have become an important part of our family life. Mum is happy with her care, we as a family are more relaxed and confident in the knowledge that's mums needs are being met on a daily basis by a team of caring professionals.

I feel secure and that I am getting the right treatment. My needs are always met with cheerfulness and without delay. I will be in their debt always.

I have found the services provided by Serenity to be excellent. The staff are highly professional and well organised. They are business-like but at the same time, caring, compassionate and treat my parents with respect. The consistency of care provided has given me and other members of my family great peace of mind. We know that my parents are safe and well cared for. Their quality of life is 100% better.

I am 87 years old and going through a terminal illness. This agency has helped me mentally cope with coming to terms and helped me through the hurdles. The only reason I am well is through the love and kindness of my carer, whom I don't consider as a carer but see her as a daughter. The care given to me is of the highest standard and given from the heart. Due to the care from this agency, I am able to stay in my own home confidently. Serenity Care always has time for me and they listen, for someone my age this very important. This agency has the right ethos and I get genuine family care. I am so glad that this service exists, the carers and management are excellent. I wouldn't change them for the world.

This excellent service has provided me with respite and peace of mind knowing that my mum is receiving first class person centred care. It has helped my mum improve her health and confidence through a terminal illness. The staff are punctual and go that extra mile to meet my mum's care needs. I haven't come across a service as good as this one and I would, as would my mum, highly recommend them.

I was looking for a Home Care Agency after trying out other agencies which did not work out. The 2 Managers came to chat to Residents, my Scheme Manager asked if I would like them to come to discuss a possible service for me. Well, I was amazed at the excellent person centred care they assured they would give. So I agreed to an Assessment. Since May my Carer has been coming every day, I am extremely satisfied with her, she is always courteous, friendly, amusing, highly skilled and always professional. She always respects my privacy and dignity, she is just a wonderful person and is an asset to the Company. This is the right Company who came at the right time. I highly recommend this FANTASTIC Company to anyone who is looking for a truly individual service. I wish them every success.
