The care my Mother received was good if there were problems they were very good at letting me know. The only concern I had was their timekeeping was not consistent. My Mother never knew what time they were coming as it varied from day to day, when you are elderly they watch the time.

A & T carers have been looking after our elderly Mum. They have helped us greatly with home care. Despite the COVID-19 virus, they have continued to look after her under difficult circumstances. We have been very happy with your service.

I have been totally satisfied with all aspects of the care provided. We used this care service from 21st November 2016 to 9th November 2019. The care went from one carer a day to six carers a day until my husband died. Staff always had a cheerful manner despite some very difficult situations.

A & T cared for my now late father for two years. They were patient, considerate and understanding in all aspects. They didn't falter even though with dementia my father wasn't the easiest person to care for. They supplied excellent live-in carers for the last months of his life, he was bedbound, the level of care was outstanding. My father was extremely difficult, lashing out, swearing and very rude, the carers coped with him and gave him amazing care. If it wasn't for their perseverance, my father would have ended up in a care home and he would have been so unhappy in this environment. I am so grateful my father could have his last days in his own home, which was his last wish.

My father was looked after by A & T Caring Services between February 2019 and January 2020, and they always treated him with care and respect even though dad could be very rude and awkward. A & T visited 4 times a day and never missed a visit.

I had my mother over on Christmas Day with the carer.

My father was full of praise for the carers, regularly saying how gentle and kind they were. We often heard him chatting and even laughing with them while they attended respectfully to all of his care needs. Mentally, he was still himself until very shortly before he died peacefully at home - A&T made this possible. I would 100% recommend them.

I was more than happy with the most caring team that came to look after my husband until his dying day. They were even at his funeral which goes to show that they went beyond the call of duty. I would recommend the caring team without a shadow of a doubt, as they are truly angels on earth.

From signing up with A & T they have been efficient and professional in conducting their services, fully complying with the terms of their registration. Their warmth, love, care and support during my husband's last days was second to none, frequently going the extra mile to ensure his wants, as well as his needs, were met. They brought a positive and cheerful atmosphere into our home, never in a hurry, and would sit and chat with him, becoming firm friends over the duration. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was extremely happy with the care provided by the carer and the team. They fitted in well as family rather than just workers. They showed my husband lots of care, dignity and comfort, especially as he was unhappy having anyone else care for him other than me, but soon became reliant on them and enjoyed their company. They had a lot of respect for both of us in our home.

My mum likes to go for walks and the staff will take her out including bus trips to town.

A & T Caring Services put a lot of hard work into their job. Nothing is any trouble. As a team, they work well. Without their care and help, I would not be as well as I am now. I would like to thank them all very much. I appreciate very much all their hard work.

The manager and his team provide excellent, compassionate care for my mother during the latter stages of her life coping well with her complex needs. It was a great comfort to me not living close by that she was in safe, kind hands.
