All carers were professional, kind and efficient. It would have been preferable to have only one or two carers only so that person being cared for became familiar and trusting. Generally satisfactory.
Thank you for your review. We try to have 3 or 4 Carers knowing the client so that we are covered when carers have personal emergencies, go off sick or go for holidays.
Always provide very good and many times excellent care. The manager is very considerate and always has our best interests in mind. No hesitation in recomending A & T Caring Services for anyone needing such assistance.

The carers always arrived happy and were willing to help with whatever was required. They were considerate had lots of patience and never rushed my husband. Always ring ahead of they were delayed.
The caring provided has been of a very high standard. Several of the staff meet my husband. All are kind and considerate even when dealing with the most unpleasant situations.

A&T Caring Services have provided care for my husband for over a year now and I can thoroughly recommend this company. The carers are very understanding, conscientious and respectful of my husband's needs. They are friendly and supportive and we both appreciate what they are doing to make life easier for us. We are fortunate to have the same carers on a regular basis, so they are more like friends to us. We are very satisfied with the care they provide.
