The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.

Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.

We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Overall Experience

Alina Care had only been assisting my disabled daughter for a short time when they told Adult Services they could no longer care for her due to staff leaving. We were told her care would end on 21st November. However, on 5th November no one turned up to help my daughter with her evening meal. After waiting one hour past the time the carer was due, my daughter rang them and was told they were no longer providing her care. No notice was given to my daughter. Don't think this is acceptable. Whilst I appreciate the care system is in crisis people should not be left without care with no notice. Care companies need to find out why so many staff are leaving.

Overall Experience

By the time Alina Homecare Basingstoke became involved in helping with the care of my father he had extremely limited mobility and was almost bed-bound. Without exception, I found the carers professional, kind and easy to deal with. They were concerned to maintain the greatest amount of dignity for my father whilst getting on with the necessary care. They arrived promptly, communicated information well to the rest of the family and did a wonderful job of making my father comfortable in his final few weeks. He himself loved chatting to them and getting to know their various personalities. It was a sad and challenging time for our family, but Alina's involvement was so much appreciated. I would like to say how grateful our family was for the way they cared for my father, who was 93.

These carers are wonderful caring and understanding they go above and beyond what's expected of them. They do the job because they generally care and not just for the money. I would recommend Alina Homecare to anyone looking for genuine carers.

Very happy with all the help the carers have given my mum. They have looked after Mum in a lovely kind way and also always let me know if anything is not right straight away.

Overall Experience

I was very concerned about my husband's frailty (4 falls in 6 months). After using another service, we have used Alina Homecare Basingstoke. Very pleased and relieved for the service provided once a more regular time is arranged for weekend care, there will be no complaints made. The manager came and I expressed my concern which she accepted. Thank you to the staff of Alina Homecare Basingstoke.

Overall Experience

My mum only had them for two weeks, the first week was not too bad but the second week the carer was training someone. All they did was wash her hair in the kitchen sink and then sat around talking about their love life. My mum is 86, what does she want to hear about that for? Then we had an invoice charging us more for them to sit around doing nothing. So we are not happy, I did phone and tell them to cancel. Please do not go with them, there are better ones which we have found and cheaper.

Overall Experience

Having just got used to the carers, it is a shame to see that some of them are leaving, but this is no fault of Alina Homecare. The carers have always treated me with respect and helped me keep my dignity. They have always been very professional and wore aprons and gloves. They are always prompt on time and they take care with my personal things. I will be sad to see some of them leave.

Overall Experience
I have been with Alina Homecare for 6 months. Since then my circumstances and care requirements have changed dramatically. Alina HC has done everything possible to meet my needs and provide me with a brilliant customer service. They are flexible and agile to no end with sometimes very little notice.

The PAs are brilliant. I am used to hiring my own personal assistants and the main PAs that support me are people that I would hire myself. I have been with a number of care agencies over the last 15 years and I haven't been treated as well as I have over the last 6 months. Alina Homecare treat me as a customer and not a service user. When I think where the agency can improve, I honestly cannot think of anything. Thank you very much to all the staff.
