The team are great; polite and provide expert advise when level of care changes and I highly recommend them.
Mangers are on hand via phone and email and respond in a timely manner. They also make personal visits to ensure the level of care is consistent and meets the needs of my father.

The care shown by the Carers has been absolutely wonderful. We were nervous and didn't quite know how it would be, but the Carers have been fantastic. They are polite, sensitive to our needs, observant, very friendly, we can't fault them. They really are wonderful!

Although we are new to Nestora I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for careers. From the very first telephone call to meeting with the admi team to the careers that go out my dad they have been more than helpful in getting the right level of care in place, and when changes were needed this request was implemented very quickly.

The staff arrive on time, they are polite and helpful. They are happy to carry out additional tasks. I usually I have the same career every day. Baring days off and holidays. The office staff are responsive and polite. I had one experience of speaking to the owner over a mistake. On my behalf, and he was understanding and nice to talk to. I havent had much experience with most of the office staff because I havent had cause to call them. The carers have been so good. I have been with the company just over a year now and they are as good today as the first day. I have an early morning call each day and a night call every night. They have never missed a call. I would like to thank all the team at Nestora, in particular the manager for all his help and the carers that have supported my mum daily over the last few months. Nestoria staff showed care and compassion to our mum and put her at ease at all times. The dedication and support they gave Mum and ourselves through some difficult times was outstanding. Office staff were excellent and queries were always dealt with promptly and follow up calls were always made to ensure everything was running smoothly and to make sure Mum was happy at all times. Staff spoke to Mum during all care to ensure Mum knew what was happening and to put her at ease. Mum was never rushed and the staff always chatted and laughed with Mum. Nothing was too much trouble. Both myself and my niece are very satisfied with the level of care my mum receives from all your allocated staff. Always easy and at hand to contact if required. Mum is independent-minded but has many painful and restricting conditions, but the added assistance the carers provide give her the independence and security she needs in her maturing years. Cared for Dad and my late mum for a number of years now. One carer in particular has been excellent, going above and beyond on many occasions. Other regular carers are also very good, reliable and friendly. The office staff too have always been very helpful. Thank you for looking after them so well for so long.

They took great care to understand her needs and get to know her personality, likes and dislikes, and to ensure that she is safe at all times.
They have been very patient in managing her bed call - particularly when she was not happy to go to bed. By trying different strategies and talking to her this regime was safely established and is now going well.
Nestora have got to know the family, and have been very responsive to any issues we have had, providing skill and knowledge in managing situations. Communication has always been good.
Carers have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and have established good relationships with Mum. There is a regular team of carers so Mum has got to know them and if anyone joins this team, they are properly introduced to her.

Generally good, with one particular carer outstanding - keeping me informed and going above and beyond when asked. Some carers do not seem to provide the same standard of care, sticking to the basics.

Anjam founded Nestora Home Care in 2016 to provide compassionate care while empowering people to grow. As Director, he is committed to supporting both clients and teams, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and inspired to reach their potential.
Hello, I'm Gareth, and my passion lies in delivering the highest standard of care. From a young age, I was inspired by my mother, who worked in care homes, often taking me along to witness the invaluable work being done. This early exposure fostered my love for helping others, especially the elderly, with whom I've developed a deep empathy.
With eight years of experience as a registered manager, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of providing exceptional care to those in need. My aim is to always exceed expectations, ensuring that each individual receives the support and compassion they deserve. I am dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve, striving to go above and beyond every day.
Daina has been a valued member of the Nestora Home Care team since 2018. Although she had no prior experience in the care sector when she joined, Daina quickly adapted and demonstrated a natural ability to support both the team and the organisation.
In her role, Daina works closely with the management team to coordinate staff rosters and carries out regular audit checks to ensure that Nestora Home Care maintains the highest standards of compliance. She is known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile to support both colleagues and the people we care for.
Becky is a valued member of the Nestora Home Care team. In her role, she oversees our field staff to ensure the highest quality of care and support is delivered to our clients.
Becky regularly works out in the community, carrying out staff spot checks and providing guidance and support to new team members. She also manages key areas such as staff training and recruitment, helping to ensure that Nestora continues to build a strong and capable team.
