From having a very negative experience from a previous care company, I have been most impressed with the very high standards of care which Olive Care agency have provided. Kind, caring and compassionate. I am now able to finally have a day off knowing that my mum is being well cared for. I would highly recommend this agency for their loved ones. Carers: Treated my father with dignity and respect, and kindness. I called the 3 guys the "Dream Team"; nothing was too much trouble. They listened to us and communicated with dad, explaining what they were going to do, when and how. It was very humbling to see such young men so committed to making this very sad time for us easier and better. We can not thank them enough, and I will never forget them, their hard work and kindness.

After my mum was diagnosed with mixed vascular dementia my family and I found it difficult to manage my mum's increasing care needs. It was an extremely stressful and scary time for us all. Thankfully we were recommended Olive Care. Olive Care provide live-in care to my mum. This support has enabled Mum to maintain living in her own home. Olive Care staff are wonderful, caring, and trustworthy. Management is knowledgeable and approachable. I can feel able to raise any concerns I might have with them and they are quick to respond. Olive Care works in partnership with families so my mum is always at the centre of any decisions made. I would highly recommend Olive Care to any family who feel overwhelmed by the care needs of their loved one. Olive Care have enabled me to maintain a positive relationship with my mum and cherish the time we have left together.

I couldn't ask for better carers for my mother. They are patient, friendly, respectful and take the time to always make her laugh. They care for my mother as if they were her own family. They are always on time and go above and beyond in their dedication to my mother. The communication between the family and the carers and their manager is excellent. The manager and the carers support my mother and us as a family with any doctor/hospital appointments, often having to change their visit times to accommodate her appointments.

They cared for her changing requirements for many years and towards the end of their palliative care, working closely with the district nursing team was of great help to the family during difficult times.

Friendly service and address Mum's needs. Their app is always well filled which helps keep us up to date. The manager always calls if there are any issues with Mum. The carers are always on time and spend time engaging with Mum.

The carers who looked after my husband were exceptional in their caring attitude and in their knowledge of the illness and its effects on the patient. They would forewarn me of possible side effects as my husband's condition worsened.

Olive Care has been a lifeline, both for my father and myself. From the very first phone call enquiry, thorough the assessment to instigating, maintaining and adapting support, the manager and all staff have shown empathy, respect, patience that they truly care. At no time have we felt "just a number". The professionalism and attention to detail match the excellence of the person-centred approach.

We feel very happy they are looking after mum.

Olive Care was so caring and supportive to my dad and me. Nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely trustworthy. Had no issues leaving money in the house so they could do the weekly shopping. They looked after my dad as though he was part of their family. The communication from the office was excellent altogether a good service.

The care that has been provided to my Mum, who has both dementia and mobility issues has been second to none. The flexible approach which has been taken, along with such skill and professionalism has enabled her to remain safely in her own home. Her carers are always kind and gentle and respond to changes in her mood with real generosity of spirit and the back up from the management team is always excellent, ensuring that her daily needs are met efficiently and effectively. I strongly recommend Olive Care to anyone looking for an excellent home care package.

Very helpful and caring staff from initial interview to understand care needs through to all of the caring team. Efficient office team, easy billing/paying system with clear understandable charges which are very reasonable. Those who called at the property were always dressed accordingly, pleasant manner, helped whenever asked but left client to be independent when needed. Calm and efficient in emergency situation. First class service!

I just cannot believe the difference between Olive Care and our previous provider. I feel confident and can rest assured that my mother is receiving the highest level of care that all elderly people should be entitled to.

The support Olive Care give to my Mum is totally person-centred and of outstanding quality. Mum has the same small team of carers for all her calls which provides consistency and reassurance to her, knowing that people she trusts are supporting her with all her needs. Olive Care has made such a difference to Mum's quality of life. Nothing is to much trouble. It is a shame I only have 200 words to write this review as I could write a book on how wonderful the service my Mum receives from all staff and management at Olive Care.

The care and consideration give to my late husband was excellent. All the carers were very competent, helpful, understanding and professional. We could not have coped without them, along with medical & nursing. They made a great team. We thank them all.

We started using Olive Care for my mother when the previous care providers could not provide support in using a hoist. From the first meeting with Dina - the manager - it was obvious that we were dealing with a truly professional organisation. The staff take everything in their stride. Nothing is too much trouble for them which is really assuring given that I live 2 hours away. Olive Care liaise with all the other agencies involved eg District Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacies, Red Cross etc.

There is a small core of about 6 care assistants on the team that looks after Mum and they all know Mum personally and have a great rapport with her. The conscientious staff can be relied on to stick to the time that they are due to arrive, which means that Mum is never left worrying where they are. If necessary they will stay longer if needed. Mum was diagnosed with dementia and this was no problem at all

I thoroughly recommend Olive Care to anyone looking for a caring provider.

We started using Olive Care in September 2016, our first commercial care agency. Some of their carers were experienced but several of them actually started with the agency at the same time, albeit in a shadowing role at first and then accompanying an experienced member. Several have left since then and also several new members have joined the team.

I would like to say that the carers are extremely kind to my husband and after receiving instruction on handling with a hoist when his condition worsened, appear to be very competent also. His needs are very challenging in as much as he is catheterised, has several pressure sores and has very low blood pressure and very poor circulation. He cannot walk, cannot stand and now he has reached the stage where he cannot feed himself, not hold a drink.

The carers meet visiting district nurses up to 3 times each week and they also appear to share my opinion of the carers.

Indeed they are very caring people, exactly what carers should be. They should be very proud. The management team appear to be extremely efficient and always very helpful when my husband's needs increased.

As I live 1 hour away and wanting my father to remain in his home as long as possible I needed a local care provider. From the first contact with the manager all I have received is prompt efficient service. No request has been difficult and I have always found them accommodating even at short notice. Have no trouble thoroughly recommending them for an excellent care provider.

We are extremely pleased with the care and support she is given. The staff are kind, friendly and thoughtful. Giving mum dignity in her difficult situation which is appreciated by the family.

My family are happy with my care.
