Home Instead have been so helpful since my 93-year-old mother fell and broke her leg. From my first contact with them, I felt reassured by their thoughtful and professional approach. They keep in regular contact with me and always ask how I'm doing as well, which means a great deal when you're the sole
carer of an elderly parent. My mother, like so many of her generation, is fiercely independent and found it difficult to accept help with her personal care but with the encouragement and reassurance of the carers, she has now settled into her new routine. I can't recommend them more highly.

Excellent Service. Caregivers are well trained, conscientious and friendly. The office keeps relatives informed and up to date with any incident or occurrence.

When my dad came out of hospital I needed to organise a care package for him. I live 300 miles away so I was concerned about getting the correct care in place. After lots of research, I found Home Instead Senior Care. Thank goodness. They are exceptional. From day one my dad was very impressed with
them. The carers were introduced to dad and he was given a card with their photos and names one. They treat him with an enormous amount of respect and consideration. They chat to him as if he is an old friend and have a laugh, which is wonderful. Although I phone my dad every day I was also receiving, when the care package was first put in place, daily calls from the carers to say how dad was settling down and how things were progressing and I must say this was much appreciated and gave me great comfort. Dad has improved immensely and friends and family have been extremely impressed with the care he is receiving and I am so grateful to the fabulous team who are looking after him.

From the initial contact with Home Instead, my brother and I have been impressed with their professionalism and their ability to respond to the changing care needs of our father, not only efficiently but with great care and respect. They have supported and guided us through what has been a difficult
time, offering us suggestions and solutions from their experience, which has been invaluable and very reassuring as we do not live near our father. We have the highest regard for all members of the Home Instead team and would not hesitate to recommend their services, without any reservations, to anyone looking for a care provider.

I find the service is very reliable and personal. The management are very good at keeping me informed of my mothers wellbeing. The carers are friendly and proffesional and able to build up a trusting relationship with my mother.

I am extremely happy with the service that has been given to me from Home Instead Senior Care. The lady who helps me has/is very kind and caring and interested in me as a person, not just someone who she comes to work for. When I became unwell recently she quickly became aware of my needs and dealt

The service manager took great trouble to place the perfectly matched carer with our Mum, who was initially apprehensive about the idea of having a carer. The carer is... just brilliant. A professional, well-organised service provided by warm and friendly people. Thank you!

No uniforms are worn by the carers which makes a huge difference as it's something that usually draws attention to the fact that the client is being accompanied and can be embarrassing. It's important that the client feels like they are going out with a friend, with a person who wants to be there and
isn't just being paid to be there, and the staff I've met so far have been comfortable in their surroundings and respectful of the client's dignity.

The care that my mother receives as a client of Home Instead is of an extremely high standard. All caregivers are kind and patient and have been specially selected to match with the clients. My mother likes all her caregivers who assist with her personal care and clean her flat but really looks forward
to her trips out twice a week. To celebrate her 90th birthday my mother had a surprise birthday tea with her caregivers organised and paid for by Home Instead .

The carer arrives promptly each morning and is cheerful and pleasant. Assists with washing and dressing and carries out related tasks with great enthusiasm and friendliness. Always uses initiative when implementing tasks and nothing is too much trouble.
