My wife's carers are always cheerful, friendly and respectful. They are well trained and caring. They treat my wife with dignity and she feels comfortable with their visits. They always leave her with a smile on her face.

Over the years my mum and dad have experienced some awful care companies.
Glenavon took over the care when my mum was near end of life and we were having a very traumatic time with other family members.
Everyone at Glenavon have been amazing we have a fantastic working relationship with everyone.
They set the bar in quality care. The look out and care for their service users. They give them time and go the extra mile. Such a shame this standard is not reflected with the majority of other so called care companies and we were not introduced to this company three years ago.

My mother is being cared for in bed following a fall when she broke her hip. We were allocated to Glenavon, which has provided two carers four times daily for the last three months.
I have been impressed by the quality of service provided all around. The carers are prompt and kind; they use an app
to keep track of each client's wellbeing; there is good communication between the carers and me and Glenavon's head office; there is also good communication between Glenavon and our district nursing team and the Council.
The experience so far has been excellent, and I am happy to commend Glenavon to other families.

I can't praise this company enough from the office staff with communication to the carers who are all lovely and are looking after our Mum so well. This morning my mum slipped onto the floor from the bed and I saw she was lying there through the camera, I called the company to ask if the carers could
arrive earlier than scheduled and they did just that, they weren't able to move Mum but made sure she was comfortable and called the ambulance. If the carers are going to be later than scheduled they will call me so I can let her know, but this doesn't happen very often at all. We had this company after a hospital stay and I'm so glad we did.

My mother has always received excellent care from all the team at Glenavon. The care staff have Mum's best interests at heart and nothing is too much trouble and are always monitoring Mum's health and wellbeing and dealing with any issues that occur day to day.

My mum really appreciated the care and consideration provided by Glenavon. They were thoughtful and kind in their approach and would think about what would make her more comfortable. They did not just carry out the routine tasks but were sheets considering her health and comfort.

When my father was in the latter stages of life, prior to going into a care home where he sadly passed away, he was cared for at home.
The carers from Glenavon Care were absolutely amazing, so kind, caring and considerate of my father's condition.
Always arrived with a smile on their faces, they couldn't
do enough to help him and us as a family at an extremely upsetting time.
Nothing was too much to ask, they are an absolute credit to the company, I came across numerous carers leading up to his final days, but none were as exemplary as the ones from Glenavon.
If I'm ever asked about carers, I wouldn't hesitate in strongly recommending Glenavon.
10/10, the manager and his team are a credit to their profession.

My father has had such a caring group of carers to help look after him in his home. They are respectful and kind and always happy and patient. Always so helpful in any change to Dad's care and times of visits. I could not recommend Glenavon Care highly enough to anyone in need of care. Dementia care
is very specialised and the understanding and patience are paramount, Glenavon Care offers this every day.

Glencare began caring for my parents in January and have been invaluable. The team are always on hand to speak to with any concerns we may have and they keep us informed of any developments or concerns they have. They have enabled my parents to stay in their own home which is their wish. Sadly Dad passed
away in October but the team is very supportive and continues to care for Mum.

Our father has recently gone into a home, and up to the time, Glenavon Care was providing care at his home three times a day. Our father has dementia and was always treated with dignity and respect. His behaviour could be challenging at times, but the staff were always patient and ensured that he was
safe. Sometimes they even stayed over their allowed time to make sure he was comfortable. As a family, we found the care to be of a high standard and consistently good. The office staff always listened to our concerns and went above and beyond. We would like to say a big thank you to all the team at Glenavon Care.

I am a sufferer of Multiple Sclerosis and having used Glenavon for the past year I have had a first class service. I have four double up visits per day and I love all of Glenavon carers.
They have a strong and responsive office who I can call upon should I need extra help. I would not use any other
company.

On the whole, the care mum receives is excellent. When agency staff are on or the main carers are sick, sometimes care is poor which is a shame. But most of the regular carers are excellent and go above and beyond their duties. They are very kind to mum.

The care my grandmother receives during the week by regular carers is extremely good and my grandmother has a great relationship with the regular carers. Unfortunately on the weekends, the service received is not so good. On some occasions, my grandmother remains in her night dresses as she has not
