I cannot praise Glenavon Care enough for the extremely high standard of care they provided for my wife following her discharge from hospital having sustained a serious leg injury. The care plan they created for my wife was excellent as was the level of commication with their office. When i had to make an enquiry the response was immediate and very courteous. Without exception, the carers involved in my wife's daily care were lovely delightful people, extremely kind and couteous at all times and very profesional.

My wife's carers are always cheerful, friendly and respectful. They are well trained and caring. They treat my wife with dignity and she feels comfortable with their visits. They always leave her with a smile on her face.

I can recommend Glenavoncare.

I can't praise this company enough from the office staff with communication to the carers who are all lovely and are looking after our Mum so well. This morning my mum slipped onto the floor from the bed and I saw she was lying there through the camera, I called the company to ask if the carers could arrive earlier than scheduled and they did just that, they weren't able to move Mum but made sure she was comfortable and called the ambulance. If the carers are going to be later than scheduled they will call me so I can let her know, but this doesn't happen very often at all. We had this company after a hospital stay and I'm so glad we did.

My wife has been receiving home care for some time now and gets well looked after all the time by very professional carers every day and always with a smile we would highly recommend this care company to anyone.

My mother has always received excellent care from all the team at Glenavon. The care staff have Mum's best interests at heart and nothing is too much trouble and are always monitoring Mum's health and wellbeing and dealing with any issues that occur day to day.

My mum really appreciated the care and consideration provided by Glenavon. They were thoughtful and kind in their approach and would think about what would make her more comfortable. They did not just carry out the routine tasks but were sheets considering her health and comfort.

My experience with Glenavon Care has been excellent. I can't praise the carers highly enough. They are very helpful and compassionate. They are always willing to help my wife. They are a breath of fresh air in our lives. I have recommended Glenavon Care to many of my friends because I trust them because of the care they have given to my wife.

My father has had such a caring group of carers to help look after him in his home. They are respectful and kind and always happy and patient. Always so helpful in any change to Dad's care and times of visits. I could not recommend Glenavon Care highly enough to anyone in need of care. Dementia care is very specialised and the understanding and patience are paramount, Glenavon Care offers this every day.

Glencare began caring for my parents in January and have been invaluable. The team are always on hand to speak to with any concerns we may have and they keep us informed of any developments or concerns they have. They have enabled my parents to stay in their own home which is their wish. Sadly Dad passed away in October but the team is very supportive and continues to care for Mum.

Our father has recently gone into a home, and up to the time, Glenavon Care was providing care at his home three times a day. Our father has dementia and was always treated with dignity and respect. His behaviour could be challenging at times, but the staff were always patient and ensured that he was safe. Sometimes they even stayed over their allowed time to make sure he was comfortable. As a family, we found the care to be of a high standard and consistently good. The office staff always listened to our concerns and went above and beyond. We would like to say a big thank you to all the team at Glenavon Care.

They have a strong and responsive office who I can call upon should I need extra help. I would not use any other company.

The care my grandmother receives during the week by regular carers is extremely good and my grandmother has a great relationship with the regular carers. Unfortunately on the weekends, the service received is not so good. On some occasions, my grandmother remains in her night dresses as she has not has a carer turn up at all.

On the whole, the care mum receives is excellent. When agency staff are on or the main carers are sick, sometimes care is poor which is a shame. But most of the regular carers are excellent and go above and beyond their duties. They are very kind to mum.
