All my carers are kind and gentle people. I have suffered from multiple sclerosis for many years and have tried many care companies and can honestly say Glenavon Care Ltd is the best. I have been with them for 2 years and could not be without them. I get the same carers who know the routine, they know me. The office is responsive and well organised. I would recommend Glenavon Care Ltd to anyone and already have.
We are very happy with the carers and with what she does. She works very hard and looks after her very well.
I would like to say how happy I am with Glenavon Care Ltd. My mum has carers fours times daily, and the care she receives is excellent. The carers are outstanding and treat Mum with dignity and respect at all times. They do not just support Mum, but myself also without Glenavon, I would not be able to cope. All staff and management are outstanding.
My mother has been having fall of late, and Glenavon staff attended to this with good skills, training and empathy were all shown. We do not want to leave this company.
