We were really pleased with the leave of service and care that was received from Helping Hands and the team. We had night care for my uncle during his last few days and they were able to offer the family lots of comfort to know that he was safe and had company if he ever needed anything in the last few days. Thank you for your care.
Staff take the time to understand your needs, they have been very helpful and friendly. As someone who is able-bodied but struggles with mental capacity and overwhelm, staff have made me feel validated and supported in my needs to help reduce my mental load around the home. The help has been invaluable, I already feel more relaxed and comfortable in my own home even after two visits knowing that, even if I have a bad week, I know I have someone coming to support me. The carer is very friendly, works hard and always arrives on time. I appreciate the work she has done and I look forward to her future visits.
The staff that visited to set the care plan up showed so much respect and were lovely. The carers have helped give my mum her confidence back after a couple of falls. They are kind, caring and compassionate.
We are very pleased to read this, we do agree that Mum is now very comfortable with care. The gratitude shall be passed onto our care team, thank you so much for choosing Helping Hands Lutterworth to go on the care journey with you.
Kindest Regards
We both would not hesitate to recommend this care agency and will most certainly be using it again in the future.
I am very pleased to hear that you are happy with the service. It's a pleasure to enable you to have holidays and to support your husband.
Thank you for everything!

Meet the Team (1)
I joined Helping Hands Lutterworth on 21/3/22, it was originally known as Helping Hands Market Harborough.
My role as a Registered care manager is to ensure and oversee we are running a safe and well-led service. The electronic systems in place make it easy for me to monitor the care we deliver.
I have a great team in place that will ensure customers have suitable and vetted carers. My team help ensure we are compliant and that customers are happy with the service they receive.
Our foundation is built on kindness, we are honest and transparent. All customers have access and the right to exercise a complaint or compliment through our policies and procedures.
We reward our carers when we identify a true act of kindness. Our Moments of Kindness board can be seen in the office.
Our care plans consist of person-centred care, identifying risks and risk management.
We liaise with health professionals where needed and agreed upon by the customer.
Carers follow a training programme no matter their experience in care. Training may consist of mandatory, delegated and /or clinical care. We work with our own in-house registered nurses and compliance team. As well as our live-in care services should a customer develop the need to move onto the next level of homecare. We intend to be with you on your journey of care and fully believe there is always a way to live safely at home with the right support.
I have worked in care for over 20 years my background was firstly residential care working mostly for Social Services as a carer for the first years progressing through the management structure in the later years.
As the Social Services homes transitioned from the public to the private sector I was employed to help some homes in difficult transition.
I have NVQ levels 2 and 3, NVQs in health and social care, end-of-life care and medication, Certificates in dementia support and challenging behaviours.
I moved into Domically Care around 2016 and progressed to manage the service which delivered 1,500 hours per week around the whole of Leicestershire.
My belief and passion for quality care comes from a personal journey as a child watching and helping my mother struggle to look after my Grandad. Along with many more personal experiences, I know what it is like to feel lost looking for the right care provider. I am pleased to say I believe in the Helping Hands Foundation which is why I am in the post today.
