I cannot commend my mother-in-law's care team enough. A special mention goes out to the lady who adapted perfectly to us as a family at such a stressful and deeply sad time. Without this service, our family's last days with Mum would have been much much harder. Woodfield 24 has proved good people still
exist. Please accept our heart-felt gratitude and never change.

My cousin, who was more like my big sister, passed away on the morning of 1st February. I met those involved in her care on 30/31 January. They were so supportive; it was more than a job to them - they genuinely did care. My cousin and her son have had the highest regard for them. Could not fault anything
at all; they were so grateful for everything that was done - they honestly could not speak highly enough of them.
Thank you for everything you did to look after her and the support you gave to her son.
I have based my rating of management on the basis of my rating for the staff, and I am sure they apply the standards they want their staff to adhere to.

I would like to thank the wonderful ladies from Woodfield 24 Care Services for all the loving care they gave to my mum. I cannot fault them, they are all angels, it's such a shame that you only get them for a short length of time, my mum was always happy and content when the ladies visited. Thank you

I cannot praise the ladies enough, their professionalism, every aspect of care was met above and beyond.
Nothing was too much trouble, nothing was rushed, was personal at all times with respect for my mum, though she was at end of life they still included her and with dignity.
It isn't a job to the
ladies it's a vocation.
I have worked in care for 40 years and was a little skeptical about who was coming. But from the very first visit, my doubts were squashed.
I am so very proud of all of them.
They were not just carers but nurses, therapists and very knowledgeable. They made the last days/hours of my mum's life respectful and peaceful so supporting to me.
They deserve more than a carer's wage.

The team that provided my dad's care, I couldn’t wish for more professional people. They showed compassion and support to Mum and myself too, they treated Dad with dignity and kindness and just very supportive to us all, having not gone through what we were doing before.
The office were very supportive
in guiding us to further outside help and equipment too. Overall excellent experience, wouldn’t hesitate to use services if ever needed. Take care, stay safe.

Simply outstanding. The ladies from Woodfield 24 are real-life Angels, the compassion and genuine care they showed towards our mother and us alike was unsurpassed. From our first contact they arrived with a smile, can-do attitude and befriended our dying mother, with her being housebound this gave her
great joy and the desire to carry on even though she was very ill. It was always very reassuring to know that they would be attending and this brought our mother a ray of sunshine during her darkest hours, they were never in a rush and showed genuine empathy and compassion during every visit.
Their ability to build an easy rapport and become a trusted friend to our mother was heartwarmingly welcomed by our mother and her family alike, the tender loving way in which they performed her personal care brought great comfort to her.
We cannot thank these amazing ladies enough for bringing so many happy moments to our mother's life and we are sincerely grateful to each and every member of the team.

Woodfield 24 are exemplary in their professional, courteous and very caring commitment to their clients. My mother was very challenging at times because of her illness, yet the respect and kindness shown never faulted.

My mother was set to be discharged from the hospital late last year and go into a care home. My brother and I knew this would be the last thing she would want. Then at the eleventh hour, I was told a care provider called Woodfield 24 were able to step in and provide the care she needed from her own
home. We didn’t realise at the time what a blessing this was to become. From the very first day of care, it was plain to see how professional the girls were. Always attentive, friendly and kind. I know my mother looked forward to their visits so much. I’d like to thank all the girls so much for making Mother's final weeks and days the best they could be in the circumstances.
You all do an amazing job. Thank you so very much.

I cannot express how this lovely team of carers helped my mum and our family get through the last ten weeks of Mum's life. I have never experienced anything like the care received not only for my mum but her family as well. Mum always looked forward to seeing their smiling chatty faces. Every little
detail felt personal and we greatly appreciated that the afternoon we lost mum they helped us through it and were there for the family as well. Many, many thanks to Woodfield 24.

I cannot praise the carers at Woodfield 24 enough. They treated my Dad with the utmost respect and dignity at all times. Not only did they look after his needs, but they chatted with him, laughed with him and supported myself throughout this very difficult and sad time. He regularly asked what time
they were due to visit, as he enjoyed their company and the attention. Everyone I was fortunate enough to meet was wonderful. The kindness shown to my Dad and myself will never be forgotten.

Woodfield 24 Care provided such gentle and professional care for my mother-in-law. Each carer that arrived at our home was considerate of our needs as a family and of the individual needs of my mother-in-law.
Once the fast track package was in place, we would see regular faces for the morning and evening
visits which allowed my mother-in-law to build up a relationship allowing the rest of the family to take a break. Each carer was so friendly and understanding and always made her feel special. Their professional conduct helped a very weak, elderly lady to feel freshened up whilst maintaining her dignity. The thorough notes that were maintained by Woodfield 24 were again another example of the all round care provided. I could sum up their care services in one sentence, 'the carers were magical - appearing just when we needed them, sprinkling fairy dust all around.'
Thank you to all that tended to my late mother-in-law - you are all very special people.

All of the ladies whom we accepted into our home at this difficult time in our lives have been the very best, most caring and loving individuals we have ever met. It's not just a job to them, they love what they do and it shows. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my husband and the
love and support they showed to me and when the end came. I was so truly grateful for the unending support and genuine love they portrayed to myself and my family.
This is a 5 star plus service and is highly recommended. I can't praise them enough.

I would like to thank the staff at Woodfield 24 Care Services for looking after my husband who was terminally ill. They always maintained my husband's privacy and dignity, they always spoke to him and told him what they were doing even if they knew that he would not respond to them and they always treated
him with respect. They also always noticed me if they were running behind time due to emergencies, they also respected my property but one of the most important things for me was they had time for me too if I need a chat or a shoulder to cry on and for that, I am grateful. I never once thought that any of the visits we had were rushed or that I was ignored, thanks for your service

I can't praise the Woodfield 24 palliative care team enough. Their care, compassion and professionalism were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, all the carers we met during my mum's last few days were passionate about their roles and they supported all the family during this difficult time.
