Reliable, kind carers. Careful use of PPE. My husband is hard of hearing and does find the language difficult so I do have to interpret what I understand to him. We couldn't cope without them coming.
Despite the rain, snow and icy conditions the carers turned up daily still cheery and smiling. I find the carers very personable, easy to talk to and clean. They are willing to listen and it is easy to explain how I like things done. When I need an earlier time due to an appointment, the carers have always turned up in time to get me ready. I do find that some of the men are reluctant to brush and tie my hair, whereas the ladies just do it. I clip my own hair back on these occasions. Overall, I am very happy with the level of care and personal service I receive. Thank you all.
All your staff are friendly on the whole but one or two I tolerate as they are looking after my husband, which is my main concern.
My husband and I have been very happy with the care he has received during the last 8 months.
Unfortunately being in a wheelchair because of Parkinson's, having played soccer till 45, cricket till 60, then taking up golf, I found the situation I am in difficult to accept. Then life changed because I have met carers who I refuse to call carers - they are now very dear friends who make my life wonderful, thanks to Lead Care.
The carers are excellent and have built a trusting relationship. They are interested in the people they care for and are genuinely concerned about my mum and dad's wellbeing.
I would highly recommend them.
Our carer is excellent, she is conscientious and very helpful.
The carers are friendly and very helpful.
We have been completely happy with Lead Care. They have given us confidence to move forward in a positive way. Everything is dealt with efficiently and they are easy to contact if necessary, which is very important. The Lead Care manager is first class, always willing to discuss any issues.
I would like to thank you for the kindness and sensitive care given to my mum at a very difficult time.
My carers at this moment are very at the very least excellent. I have nothing but my admiration for their dedication to their work.
Invaluable service. Staff were on time, considerate and compassionate.
I am a laryngectomee and had no vocal cords when care commenced in June 2019. My prosthesis valve had come out and I was unable to speak. Consequently, carers had language difficulties with written communication. After the operation to insert a new valve at the end of July 2019, this problem was resolved.
My experience with the care workers is that they have been helpful and friendly.
We have been very pleased with the service. The carers are very patient and kind. Always punctual and communicate well.
As a family, we have had experience of many care agencies over the last few years, firstly with our father and the last two years with our mother. Lead Care looked after our mother for around 18 months and are, without exception, wonderful. They are caring, understanding, easy to communicate with and in our families opinion, go above and beyond what we expected. We think so highly of them that we have recently requested their services for my father-in-law.
Reliable, cheerful, professional and understanding. They are considerate and take the initiative when necessary. Easy for the family to communicate and liaise with.
The Lead care team have been so wonderful, looking after my dad in his final months. I live some distance away and it was a great comfort to know that such caring and kind people were helping him. Not only that they always went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are trustworthy and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.
I need a better time and continuity which has been better lately.
If there is a problem you phone the management and she soon gets it sorted.
