They know that many people would prefer to receive care at home, rather than facing the uncertainty and upheaval of going into a care home. That’s why they will work with you to uphold the ethos that nothing compares to being in your own home, surrounded by the people and things you love.

The types of homecare that they provide include:

The main drive is to support you in staying at home for as long as possible and maintaining your independence and dignity.

To make this happen, they work on creating a robust and positive culture. All staff must fundamentally believe in the provision of great care, alongside being respectful and transparent. The interview process is comprehensive and thorough, as they only want the best staff.

They will also match Carers to a specific client i.e. you can choose who you want to deliver your care. They want all clients to feel safe and comfortable with the staff who will deliver their care. That’s all part of great service delivery.

They also realise that your needs might change over time. With this in mind, they will adapt your care plans and risk assessments so that they accurately reflect your current status, both physically and mentally.

The person-centred and holistic approach means that care provided is client specific and tailored to the individual presentation of each client, so that their Quality of Life improves.

Despite the rain, snow and icy conditions the carers turned up daily still cheery and smiling. I find the carers very personable, easy to talk to and clean. They are willing to listen and it is easy to explain how I like things done. When I need an earlier time due to an appointment, the carers have
always turned up in time to get me ready. I do find that some of the men are reluctant to brush and tie my hair, whereas the ladies just do it. I clip my own hair back on these occasions. Overall, I am very happy with the level of care and personal service I receive. Thank you all.

Unfortunately being in a wheelchair because of Parkinson's, having played soccer till 45, cricket till 60, then taking up golf, I found the situation I am in difficult to accept. Then life changed because I have met carers who I refuse to call carers - they are now very dear friends who make my life

Lead Care have provided excellent service to my mum. This has also provided my dad with some much-needed respite, knowing that my mum is in 'capable hands' each day.
The carers are excellent and have built a trusting relationship. They are interested in the people they care for and are genuinely concerned
about my mum and dad's wellbeing.

We have been completely happy with Lead Care. They have given us confidence to move forward in a positive way. Everything is dealt with efficiently and they are easy to contact if necessary, which is very important. The Lead Care manager is first class, always willing to discuss any issues.

My mother needed assistance with her personal care and we found the two carers allocated from Lead Care were sensitive to her needs and requests, able to preserve her dignity and warm and caring so that she felt at ease.

I am a laryngectomee and had no vocal cords when care commenced in June 2019. My prosthesis valve had come out and I was unable to speak. Consequently, carers had language difficulties with written communication. After the operation to insert a new valve at the end of July 2019, this problem was resolved.

The Lead care team have been so wonderful, looking after my dad in his final months. I live some distance away and it was a great comfort to know that such caring and kind people were helping him.
