Very friendly and helpful staff, always put their clients first especially one carer who has helped and supported me in the well-being of my aunt who was hospitalised 3 weeks ago, giving me advice and help and putting my mind at rest would highly recommend.

I've only been with Hales Care for 2 months, the experience has been an enjoyable experience compared to other care companies. My carers are understanding of my needs and support in any way they can, they are on time as I'm diabetic which is great. They treat you with respect and you can see they have had the proper training and always clear up after themselves and because of my low immune system, they always make sure they have the correct PPE on. All in all, it's a pleasure being part of Hales Care.
Nothing was too much trouble for staff towards us at this time. Communication and care were there for the client and myself and we were listened to.

I have worked in the care industry for 15 years, working my way up the ladder from a carer to a Registered Manager. I am currently undertaking my NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care to improve my skills and abilities within the care sector. My experience within the care sector and coming across many challenges on a daily basis, has led me to where I am today. I thrive on person-centred care and ensuring that all service users are receiving the best possible care whilst remaining at home and being cared for by Hales care workers.
