Truly exceptional, professional and caring team. Living overseas and away from my mother for long periods, I have been comforted and assured by the service provided to my elderly and demented Mum. The team are truly empathetic and takes the initiative to attend to needs that they perceive to be necessary to keep Mum in her own home. From the office team to the girls out and about I cannot find any fault at all and would highly recommend them to any potential user. Nothing is too much trouble, they are available 24/7 and have never once let us down with a missed service. Totally reliable and understanding. I really can't say enough about how lovely the whole team are.

Just wanted to thank you for sending your carer to care for my wife today 23/6/3021. The carer made my wife and me both at ease with her friendly manner and professional attitude. I have worked in the care industry for 15 years, working my way up the ladder from a carer to a Registered Manager. I am currently undertaking my NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care to improve my skills and abilities within the care sector. My experience within the care sector and coming across many challenges on a daily basis, has led me to where I am today. I thrive on person-centred care and ensuring that all service users are receiving the best possible care whilst remaining at home and being cared for by Hales care workers.
