When Mum came out of hospital, Hales came with her, and Mum wanted them to carry on with her. It's turned out great. Maralyn and the girls go above and beyond with Mum, and she loves them, and I don't know where I would be without them. Thanks Hales, you are God-sent.

Very pleased with service. Carers at Wickford branch go above and beyond to ensure my parents have the best care available. The girls do many personal touches without even being asked and parents have an excellent rapport with them.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always put their clients first especially one carer who has helped and supported me in the well-being of my aunt who was hospitalised 3 weeks ago, giving me advice and help and putting my mind at rest would highly recommend.

I've only been with Hales Care for 2 months, the experience has been an enjoyable experience compared to other care companies. My carers are understanding of my needs and support in any way they can, they are on time as I'm diabetic which is great. They treat you with respect and you can see they have
had the proper training and always clear up after themselves and because of my low immune system, they always make sure they have the correct PPE on. All in all, it's a pleasure being part of Hales Care.

We had good support from staff during a difficult month for us.
Nothing was too much trouble for staff towards us at this time. Communication and care were there for the client and myself and we were listened to.

Truly exceptional, professional and caring team. Living overseas and away from my mother for long periods, I have been comforted and assured by the service provided to my elderly and demented Mum. The team are truly empathetic and takes the initiative to attend to needs that they perceive to be necessary
to keep Mum in her own home. From the office team to the girls out and about I cannot find any fault at all and would highly recommend them to any potential user. Nothing is too much trouble, they are available 24/7 and have never once let us down with a missed service. Totally reliable and understanding. I really can't say enough about how lovely the whole team are.

I cannot fault the team. I'm more than impressed by their demeanour and work ethic. We feel ever so comfortable and at ease during their visits.
We'll be ever so sad to say goodbye at the end of their care, but we feel we've made lifelong friends. Absolutely a 5-star service.

I am so impressed with the team. They make my mum feel loved and comfortable. They genuinely worry about the people in their care and go above and beyond to help wherever they can.
They are always polite and helpful when I call and update me whenever necessary.
They have also helped my mum's boyfriend
when they didn't have to.
I can't recommend them highly enough and feel so lucky to have been allocated to them as my mum's carers

The carers at Hales Home Care are absolutely priceless. I cannot thank them enough. They are so kind and friendly to my dad. There isn’t anything that’s too much for them to do.
My dad feels comfortable with them which makes everything easier.
I apologise that I don’t remember all names but special
thanks to the staff.
It means so much to us that our dad is taken care of. He can be quite obstinate at times and you all treat him respectfully and have a laugh with him too.
We cannot thank you all enough.
