Hales covered my uncle on his return from hospital for just under 2 weeks assessed his wellbeing and physical condition before leeasin with social care and his original care provider thanks to the carers who visited him and looked after him and the office staff who took my calls

Generally speaking, I'm happy with the service I get. When it comes to housework, the young ones keep asking what you want them to do, whereas the older ones know and just get on with things.
It's a pity I can't use names, as one of my carers works so hard she deserves a special mention.

When Mum came out of hospital, Hales came with her, and Mum wanted them to carry on with her. It's turned out great. Maralyn and the girls go above and beyond with Mum, and she loves them, and I don't know where I would be without them. Thanks Hales, you are God-sent.
