Having had previous experience of using care providers who were terrible, Home Instead have restored my faith. They took time to meet my dad and me to get to know us and have hit the ground running. They are caring, attentive, understanding and quickly earned our trust. I expected teething problems yet they have been minimal and soon sorted.
Home Instead have been absolutely brilliant. They have gone above and beyond to help my grandmother when needed. We can easily make alternative arrangements at ease. She feels really comfortable with all the carers and really appreciates their help.
I find the staff kind and very helpful.
We have been pleased with the service all year, extremely reliable and consistent. They go the extra mile to ensure we are happy with everything, excellent communicationon.

I had the pleasure of joining Home Instead Northwich & Knutsford in January 2021. I made the decision to join Home Instead after seeing first-hand through a close family member the difference they make in supporting people to remain safe and well in their own home.
After 20 years of working in care, with varying roles, I am delighted to have joined the Home Instead team to support the local community remain independent at home.
Joined Home Instead in 2016 as a Care Professional & moved into her current role where she manages visits, schedules weekly rotas and deals with client and Care Pro queries.
Care to Natalie means treating her clients the way she would want her family members to be treated.
Joined in November 2016. Leads on recruitment and retention of Care Professionals, supporting them throughout their career, helping them to develop and progress with Home Instead.
Linda always strives for high quality, dynamic and engaging training for the Wigan team.
