A negative point re: administration is the length of notice time necessary to change a call to avoid payment.
It would also be helpful to received written ie email confirmation to acknowledge cancellation of a slot.
We use Audley Care for respite from time to time to look after my godmother who lives with Alzheimer’s disease and has complex needs. Her care plan was completed in collaboration with me and was thorough and sensitively written. Staff took a great deal of time with us to gain the information they needed to provide the best care and meet her unique needs. We find the carers are kind and caring, and many of them take her out to lovely places and cafes which is much appreciated. My godmother always seems cheerful after a visit by Audley Care and her house is always clean and tidy. Thank you.
Having had carers in my home since May 2019 they have been very good in caring for me and keeping to their time schedule both morning and evening. A very good system and reliable service.
He didn’t like it when a carer came to be with him and ‘hid in his room.

I use the cleaning service as my husband has dementia. All the women who come to clean are very nice and do an excellent job. The only problem is that we rarely have the same person every time. I have asked if we can have the same person each time but apparently not possible. I also said it is difficult having a cleaner who is new to Audley Care Ellerslie as they need some induction to my house. I need to take my husband out daily.

Having been in hospital and having had a total hip replacement, I was very nervous about coming home. However, I didn't need to worry because of my carers from Audley Care were so efficient and so caring. They gave me the help I needed to rebuild my confidence, gradually helping me to cope by myself, in showering, dressing, exercising and generally learning to live again. After the first few weeks, I was able to do a lot more and that came from the help and care of my carers, whom I would thoroughly recommend. P.S. They were also excellent cooks - and drivers!
