My Mum has been using Aims for just over 3 years, gradually increasing to 2 visits each day.
Her main carer is very dependable, helpful and courteous. He always arrives on time and gets on with his daily tasks, without the need for prompting. When he has a day off, the back-up carers do their best also and always ask if anything else needs to be done.
It is reassuring to know Mum has a good routine and is in safe hands!

I am also very grateful to the manager and the office staff, who are able to make any changes at short notice and are always on hand to answer any questions.

Aims Homecare are absolutely fantastic, we do not know what we would do without them. Dad has two fantastic carers, who are so considerate and caring with him . He has a variety of things wrong with him, they are very understanding to his needs and moods. Every day is different with him and they rise to the occasion. Always ready to give helpful advice. They are almost like family to us. Would highly recommend Aims Homecare.

Many thanks

Our carers have been absolutely outstanding. We didn't know what to expect when dad came home from hospital as he had lived alone and done everything for himself for years. They could not have made the transition easier, communicating with dad and the family especially in the early days of the visit made such a difference. Its a pleasure to have them looking after dad and assist with his care.

We have been using Aims Homecare for my mother for nearly 2 years now and have always had wonderful service from them.
The agency has been able to adapt to her needs very quickly. We started with 2 single visits daily to the current 4 visits with 2 carers daily.
The teams have always been attentive to my mother's needs/requests and are so supportive of the family. We cannot sing their praises highly enough for their dedication and punctuality (traffic and other client dependent).
We couldn't manage without them!

Thank you for making my mother so comfortable and engaging with her to keep her mind active when we relive stories with her.

During the last month we have had new carers due to the changing needs of my mother. We were very sad to lose our carer but are equally pleased with the new carers. Mother seems very settled and pleased with them which is important at this stage in her life. During this transition, we were pleased to see the manager visit Mum and ourselves to see that everything was satisfactory and we were happy. These carers ensure my mother has dignity at all times and is extremely attentive to her needs.

Excellent care. My wife is totally dependent. Carers are very gentle when washing her. Any movement causes discomfort, but they take great care to minimize this. Usually, we have the same carers, which provides some continuity for my wife. They always explain and ask her before performing any procedure.

We have used Aims Homecare Ltd for 3 years. My mother-in-law requires care 4 times a day. We have 2 regular carers giving continuity of care. Both carers contact us immediately if any issues, they are both proactive. With regular carers, we have developed a good relationship with them both. They both treat our mother-in-law with dignity and respect. She despite mental health issues looks forward to seeing them both. They spend time sharing life stories, making her feel involved.

My mother and I both love Aims Homecare. We've had many care agencies over the years and Aims has been the best. They have always given us lovely carers who genuinely want to do a good job. The office always deals with concerns quickly and are always friendly to talk to.

Knowing Mum is being well looked after gives me great peace of mind.

I am wheelchair bound and I need a carer. She is extremely reliable, honest, dependable and has a good sense of humour. She helps to get me up in the morning, sees me a couple of times during the day, helping me with personal care and puts me to bed at night.

I am very lucky to have the carer I have been given. Thank you.

I think I have been very very fortunate to have had the carer I have had, I did not have her on a Friday and the carer who takes coffee has got used to my ways but as you send different nurses, it makes it difficult for me to write this, but I would like you to know that the carer I have regularly has been just such a wonderful help and I look forwards to her AM and PM visits. My sister does all my visits and booking of doctor appointments, all my shopping as well. Thank you.

My carer is kind and helpful. She generally wakes me up in the mornings and I go to the bathroom for a wash (I haven't had a shower yet).

If I need something altered she always does this for me. If I try to help get my breakfast she tells me to go and sit down. She generally gives me my hearing aids so I do not need to shout at her! I get a choice of meals and I take my pills. I am quite pleased with her.
