The carer is excellent
Overall very pleased with the carers who are polite, caring and really supportive.
Her main carer is very dependable, helpful and courteous. He always arrives on time and gets on with his daily tasks, without the need for prompting. When he has a day off, the back-up carers do their best also and always ask if anything else needs to be done.
It is reassuring to know Mum has a good routine and is in safe hands!
I am also very grateful to the manager and the office staff, who are able to make any changes at short notice and are always on hand to answer any questions.
thank you for your kind words, i will pass this feedback onto our staff also
Excellent service. The carers we have are brilliant and so kind and caring. They are always so attentive and they have a great relationship with my wife. I never have to worry about them and we treat them as part of our family now
Many thanks
Thank you so much for your kind feedback this means a lot to us
Our carers have been absolutely outstanding. We didn't know what to expect when dad came home from hospital as he had lived alone and done everything for himself for years. They could not have made the transition easier, communicating with dad and the family especially in the early days of the visit made such a difference. Its a pleasure to have them looking after dad and assist with his care.
Aims Homecare would like to thank you for your kind words. We do our best to help with the transition
The agency has been able to adapt to her needs very quickly. We started with 2 single visits daily to the current 4 visits with 2 carers daily.
The teams have always been attentive to my mother's needs/requests and are so supportive of the family. We cannot sing their praises highly enough for their dedication and punctuality (traffic and other client dependent).
We couldn't manage without them!
Thank you for making my mother so comfortable and engaging with her to keep her mind active when we relive stories with her.
Thank you very much for your kind words and I will pass the message on to the staff for the nice feedback.
During the last month we have had new carers due to the changing needs of my mother. We were very sad to lose our carer but are equally pleased with the new carers. Mother seems very settled and pleased with them which is important at this stage in her life. During this transition, we were pleased to see the manager visit Mum and ourselves to see that everything was satisfactory and we were happy. These carers ensure my mother has dignity at all times and is extremely attentive to her needs.
Thank you very much for your kind words. I am glad to hear that the transition has been a smooth process.
The team that cares for me are timely, caring, and supportive. I am very grateful to them and could not be without them. I hold them in the highest regard.
Thank you for giving such nice feedback about the staff. We thank you for choosing Aims Homecare.
Overall, the care is very good, occasionally there can be time issues - when travelling from one client to another.
Excellent care. My wife is totally dependent. Carers are very gentle when washing her. Any movement causes discomfort, but they take great care to minimize this. Usually, we have the same carers, which provides some continuity for my wife. They always explain and ask her before performing any procedure.
Thank you very much for your kind words and feedback. This will be passed on to our staff members.
We have used Aims Homecare Ltd for 3 years. My mother-in-law requires care 4 times a day. We have 2 regular carers giving continuity of care. Both carers contact us immediately if any issues, they are both proactive. With regular carers, we have developed a good relationship with them both. They both treat our mother-in-law with dignity and respect. She despite mental health issues looks forward to seeing them both. They spend time sharing life stories, making her feel involved.
Knowing Mum is being well looked after gives me great peace of mind.
I am very lucky to have the carer I have been given. Thank you.
I think I have been very very fortunate to have had the carer I have had, I did not have her on a Friday and the carer who takes coffee has got used to my ways but as you send different nurses, it makes it difficult for me to write this, but I would like you to know that the carer I have regularly has been just such a wonderful help and I look forwards to her AM and PM visits. My sister does all my visits and booking of doctor appointments, all my shopping as well. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I will pass the feedback on to the member of staff.
I'm very pleased with the treatment of the young lady that has been looking after me. Thank you.
Aims Homecare have been caring for both my parents four times daily. The quality of the care is excellent. The carers come in with a smile and are professional and respectful. Mum and Dad are always pleased to see them!
Overall good, main carer excellent. Substitute average.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy that you are happy with the main carer and we will aim to ensure that all staff give the same service.
If I need something altered she always does this for me. If I try to help get my breakfast she tells me to go and sit down. She generally gives me my hearing aids so I do not need to shout at her! I get a choice of meals and I take my pills. I am quite pleased with her.
Extremely good care and support from all staff.
Thank you for your kind words and your feedback this means a lot.
