Ahmed and Prabhjot bring welcome relief. I am immobile but enjoy company and chats about what ty visitors have been doing. I have travelled a good part of the world can always find plenty to discuss regarding International affairs?
My husband was very pleased with them especially Ahmed who encouraged him to walk and after 4 days he was able to walk short distance with the frame and assistance of two.
There were other carers who came to look after my husband and we are pleased with the care they give. They are all very polite and respectful.
Iffat is very good with listening when I'm down.
When I needed someone to get assistance for taking my husband to out patient appointment with short notice at the time, the office sorted it and sent Tanvir to help me as my husband's mobility was reduced.
The rate per hour is more reasonable and affordable compared to the rest of the care companies around Leatherhead. Lastly, it was easy to arrange the care as Halal came the same day to our home to do the assessment and the care started the next day. Brilliant!
Simona via Aims has been my mother's main carer since April 2024. She is wonderful! She is very professional and her positive nature has been key to my mother's happiness whilst she is suffering with Alzheimer's.
The amazing care team looked after my father from May 2025 until august 2026 ,when my father sadly passed away . Myself and our family cannot praise the care ,support ,compassion the team showed our father enough . They took such good care of him ,treated him with dignity and respect at all times and showed genuine care for his well being . We would not have been able to keep Dad at home without them , words are not enough to show our grateful we are . For all the care patience and wonderful care given by the Team . We will forever be so thankful and grateful you were the ones taking care of him . Thank you
Aims has provided carers for my mother for the last 3 years. Simona has been with her for 2 years and continues to be excellent. She cares for my dementia suffering mother in a wonderfully joyful way, using music to cheer her, humour to raise her spirits, and is very professional in her manner. It is a great comfort to my sisters and me that Simona maintains our mother's dignity and is at all times attentive to her needs.
I am so lucky to have such professional and compassionate carers, they are friendly towards me as I get lonely being on my own. In the morning one carer gives me a strip wash or gives me a shower and is very gentle The other carer works on my breakfast and anything is on the menu. The girls are very neat and tidy in their uniform and also throughout working in my flat. All my meals are cooked or heated in the microwave and well presented on the plate, My carers bring a smile to my face when they arrive as I know they are very welcoming and friendly whilst caring for all my needs. The carers do washing and drying clothes regularly, they do little bits of shopping, cleaning sweeping and floor mopping, caring for my cats by feeding them twice a day. Aims care is excellent and they regularly follow up with me if all is well, I am happy to say how safe I feel, I have built up a friendly, respectful relationship with my carers. Thank you for all my carers as they are so valuable too me.
Michaela is main provider for me .She and 2 nd person ( vary) always do an excellent job .They are v flexible at all times and always are v kind to my wife Brenda .They always bring to my attention if Brenda has any bruising and we discuss whether any action needs to be taken .Hannah has often been the second person and she has grown in the job .Well done girls and Aims .C E
Very good service. Nice carers our main carer Mihaela who is fantastic and has been with us from the start 2 years ago and really cares for my partner. She is supported by Oana also fantastic and new ladies Heena and Mazeda who have now achieved the standards we expect
Aims has been looking after my mother for 3 years. Mum lives with me so I see at first hand how she is cared for. I am very happy with how mum is looked after. The carers are kind, they give mum the space and time she sometimes needs, they are proactive, checking in with me regarding any changes in mum they have observed, also trying to get mum to walk around after breakfast. Mum has had consistency in the staff looking after her so they know her well. I recommend them.
The carer is excellent
Overall very pleased with the carers who are polite, caring and really supportive.
Her main carer is very dependable, helpful and courteous. He always arrives on time and gets on with his daily tasks, without the need for prompting. When he has a day off, the back-up carers do their best also and always ask if anything else needs to be done.
It is reassuring to know Mum has a good routine and is in safe hands!
I am also very grateful to the manager and the office staff, who are able to make any changes at short notice and are always on hand to answer any questions.
thank you for your kind words, i will pass this feedback onto our staff also
Many thanks
Thank you so much for your kind feedback this means a lot to us
Our carers have been absolutely outstanding. We didn't know what to expect when dad came home from hospital as he had lived alone and done everything for himself for years. They could not have made the transition easier, communicating with dad and the family especially in the early days of the visit made such a difference. Its a pleasure to have them looking after dad and assist with his care.
Aims Homecare would like to thank you for your kind words. We do our best to help with the transition
The agency has been able to adapt to her needs very quickly. We started with 2 single visits daily to the current 4 visits with 2 carers daily.
The teams have always been attentive to my mother's needs/requests and are so supportive of the family. We cannot sing their praises highly enough for their dedication and punctuality (traffic and other client dependent).
We couldn't manage without them!
Thank you for making my mother so comfortable and engaging with her to keep her mind active when we relive stories with her.
Thank you very much for your kind words and I will pass the message on to the staff for the nice feedback.
During the last month we have had new carers due to the changing needs of my mother. We were very sad to lose our carer but are equally pleased with the new carers. Mother seems very settled and pleased with them which is important at this stage in her life. During this transition, we were pleased to see the manager visit Mum and ourselves to see that everything was satisfactory and we were happy. These carers ensure my mother has dignity at all times and is extremely attentive to her needs.
Thank you very much for your kind words. I am glad to hear that the transition has been a smooth process.
The team that cares for me are timely, caring, and supportive. I am very grateful to them and could not be without them. I hold them in the highest regard.
Thank you for giving such nice feedback about the staff. We thank you for choosing Aims Homecare.
Overall, the care is very good, occasionally there can be time issues - when travelling from one client to another.
Excellent care. My wife is totally dependent. Carers are very gentle when washing her. Any movement causes discomfort, but they take great care to minimize this. Usually, we have the same carers, which provides some continuity for my wife. They always explain and ask her before performing any procedure.
Thank you very much for your kind words and feedback. This will be passed on to our staff members.
We have used Aims Homecare Ltd for 3 years. My mother-in-law requires care 4 times a day. We have 2 regular carers giving continuity of care. Both carers contact us immediately if any issues, they are both proactive. With regular carers, we have developed a good relationship with them both. They both treat our mother-in-law with dignity and respect. She despite mental health issues looks forward to seeing them both. They spend time sharing life stories, making her feel involved.
