When my father’s health suddenly deteriorated AIMS quickly and efficiently found us carers to enable us to keep him at home until he sadly passed away. We urgently needed day and night assistance and the carers were delightful. One spoke particularly highly of the company as an employer which was reflected by the quality of their staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and indeed have already done so to some neighbours of my parents.
We contacted Aims to see if they could provide some carers to help support us with caring for my lovely dad as he came to end of his life this week. The staff from the manager to the carers were without fail professional, kind and compassionate. We could not have asked for more. Thank you so much for making a time when we’re all feeling so exhausted and vulnerable so much better. Being able to get some rest knowing he was so well cared for was invaluable and enabled us to enjoy our last few days together with him. Thank you.
I am very pleased to have a very good carer.
The carers have worked with great care and kindness and consideration for my father's dignity. They have been very supportive of myself and my father through a difficult time and have made his final two weeks comfortable and peaceful.
Very pleased.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
My mother is supported and well cared for by the visiting staff and management at Aims. One member of staff is in touch with family members and we feel confident in her ability to provide appropriate care for our elderly mother.
I would happily recommend Aims to friends.
Staff are outstanding in every aspect of there work. They are caring, tidy clean and we couldn't do without them now.
My carer is a very great help
A very reliable service with staff who go above and beyond. The records are filled in very well with lots of details.

Hello and welcome.
My name is Danielle, and I bring over 13 years of experience in health and social care. Having worked my way up from frontline roles into senior leadership, I understand how important it is for families to feel confident, supported, and at ease when choosing home support.
I am trained in safeguarding, medication management, person-centred support, and CQC standards, ensuring services are safe, well organised, and delivered with genuine care. More importantly, I believe support should always feel respectful, kind, and reassuring.
I am proud to lead a dedicated team that shares these values. Great care is taken to ensure staff are well trained, compassionate, and consistent, so families can trust that their loved ones are always in safe hands.
Working with Aims Homecare reflects everything I value professionally. Becoming a Registered Manager has been a long-standing goal, and I am honoured to welcome families with the reassurance that they will be listened to, supported, and treated with dignity at every step.
My name is Sharon, and I oversee the full operational delivery across the Aims Group, including Aims Homecare. With over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the care sector, my role is to ensure services are well organised, consistent, and delivered to the highest standards.
