Aims Homecare have been providing twice daily homecare visits to my father since he came out of hospital at the end of last year, having had a bad fall that left him unable to walk without the aid of a zimmer frame. The carer is very kind and compassionate and extremely efficient. She always calls me if my father has any issues or if she has any concerns about his well-being. I like the fact that she is the consistent carer so she has built up a relationship with both my parents and myself. When she has days off, the other carers are equally professional and kind.

I have been delighted with the level of care Aims have provided and I feel that they have my father's best interests at heart. In short, it's clear that they really care.

The whole team at Aims Homecare are professional, supportive and very positive in their approach to the care they provide. They are very proactive in dealing with concerns or issues. They have very good communication skills. The care they provided at the end of mum's life was provided in the most kind and supportive way. To have a live-in carer, supported by other support staff could be very intrusive in the family home. Our concerns were non founded, the live-in carer was very considerate of my mum and dad's space. They became an extended member of the family. I cannot fault Aims Homecare! I cannot thank them enough for the care they provided.

We have used Aims for visiting care of our elderly parents in the past but with the passing of my father last year, it became necessary for our mother to have a live-in carer. Aims have been able to supply us with the most wonderful lady who really cares for our mother in such a kind and positive way.

Aims Homecare have provided exceptional care for both my parents. They have been extremely flexible, restarting care for my mother just a couple of hours after being called by the hospital. The team are so friendly and hardworking and have done far more than I could expect to help. They also try to cook food to cater for a vegetarian and a fussy eater and have succeeded.

My grandmother was treated very well by Aims Homecare. She has now gone into a care home but we couldn't thank them enough from the staff to the office manager, they were very helpful. I would like to thank them once again. They are not the cheapest but rates were and are within reason.

My husband has needed carers following a severe stroke in 2015. Since then we have had many different carers, some excellent and others totally unsuitable. It is important for us to have the same carers. They understand his needs and it gives him confidence. Our present carers are excellent making life happier for all of us.

My Father had a stroke in March, we got appointed a care agency before Aims, we weren’t happy with his care. So we switched to Aims in April, they are such a fantastic company, nothing is ever too much trouble, they take care of my Father's needs very well, even picking up any food that I’ve forgotten to buy. They are a 1st class care agency, I can now go away on holiday with peace of mind, knowing that my Father is taken good care of. Easy to communicate, very friendly, the service that you will get with Aims is 5 stars. A massive thank you for all the care that you give my Father. Very friendly in the office, who listen and give you such good advice. You won’t be disappointed using this care agency.

We have been very pleased with the professional care given to my mother. I have been impressed with their efficiency from my initial meeting with the care manager to put a care plan in place. I have been impressed with all the little extras that my mother's carers have given her, especially being her only visitors during the coronavirus epidemic when we couldn't visit her, their reassuring manner and their punctuality.

Over my time looking after my mum, Aims have been wonderful. Through the fantastic support of the local management team covering the Epsom area. They have cared for my mum with such tenderness and compassion in her last years. It was not always easy with other agencies we had been with, however, Aims went the extra mile. Making a very difficult time emotionally, a little bit easier for me, with their love and warmth towards my Mum. Making sure she was as comfortable and happy as possible in the Autumn of her life.

Over the past 18 months, up until my parents had to relocate to a nursing home, staff from Aims looked after them to the point where they were part of the family. Nothing was ever too much trouble and at times they went over and above what I could have reasonably expected of them. There was much fun and laughter with my parents but also an awful lot of care. I never had any worries about my parents taking their medication, eating, being showered etc. Aims helped them with it all and to a very high standard. The carers couldn't have been more caring. And at a time when things were going downhill, not only did they support my parents but me too.

In all my experience of Aims, their dedication to the clients was way above what I could have hoped for and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Aims Homecare have been amazing in every way. The team manager is incredible at how super organised she is and is always available to help. Her kindness and thoughtfulness are reflected in everyone who works with her. I am amazed at how well they have got to know my Mum and could not be kinder in how well they look after her. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I asked my Mum for her feedback and she said that 'Every carer is so special in her own way and they are all so smiley, kind and helpful. They not only look after all of my needs but look around for extra things they can do to help, including making sure I have fed my cat'.
