The team is grateful for the overall score you gave us (5 out of 5 in three of the 5 areas and 4 in another) and for the several positive points you raised about our service such as the fact you were "impressed with my care." I'm sorry you felt let down in other areas in particular the miscommunication between you and our prospective manager. As you know he contacted you the next day to explain the reasons for the miscommunication. We've also taken on board your comments about being notified more quickly about changes to schedules and we're making improvements.
