All the carers were very professional in their manner. They were always engaging and supportive with respect to my mum's care and the wider family. The team were flexible when circumstances changed and further support was needed at short notice.

I always found the staff/carers to be prompt polite, respectful and thorough when caring for my sister in law. They were always cheerful on their visits to her home and nothing was too much trouble. I personally would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I am writing this on behalf of my friend who after suffering a bad stroke requires care at least 4 times a day. She is treated with the utmost respect and kindness by the carers who make sure she is clean comfortable and safe in her surroundings. Suffice to say without the excellent care she receives from exemplary care and its career and management my friend would not be able to remain in her own home.

My mum’s needs were addressed and the care package was excellent and ensured she was well cared for and supported to allow her to stay in her own home. Managers are approachable and really listen to needs and are always available for advice and support. Mum’s carer was out of this world in terms of care and support for Mum and our family. She was friendly, reliable, experienced and totally put Mum’s interests and needs at the for front of her dedicated approach to caring for Mum. I thoroughly recommend this company and the person-centred approach they adopt.

We cannot praise the team at Exemplar Homecare highly enough. From management to carers, our mother received excellent care with compassion. We had the added benefit knowing that our mother was happy to be cared for at home and the team met all our expectations, for which we are grateful.

The carer approaches her work with professional understanding, empathetic and caring nature. She goes above and beyond to make my life as easy as possible. The carer has a routine every morning and follows the systems that are put in place to make my life and my parent's life easier. They give me care, washing, bed making and general kindness.

Our carer is prompt and professional in her work and routines. She treats us well with respect and affection. She fulfils all the tasks on our list and leaves a write-up every day. She raises any concerns and also lets us know if there are no concerns, which gives us peace of mind. She offers advice and ideas and is good at talking things through. We feel we can talk to her about our changing needs and appreciate her support.

Very happy with the level of care given to my mum. All staff are very kind and caring and go out of their way to make sure mum is ok. If mum has a bad day or if she has been upset or unsettled, this is dealt with in a calm and caring way. Great communication! Wonderful staff! Fantastic care!

My husband asked for a male carer. The carer was excellent, thorough, and gentle. Did not rush. My husband got on well with the carer and talked about various topics. By having the carer, it helped both myself and my husband in providing safe and supportive care improving his quality of life.

I can say from the heart that we couldn’t have chosen a better home care company for my uncle than Exemplar Home Care. The staff and management worked very hard to make him safe, clean, well-fed and comfortable in his own surroundings and for that we are eternally grateful. I have been having Exemplar Homecare for over a year now and have found them excellent in all aspects of caring. They have treated my wife and home with respect and dignity in some difficult situations throughout her illness and have informed me, when needed, if they are going to be late etc. I have tried to make their visits a happy and entertaining experience and put my wife's needs above all else.

Exemplar Homecare provided just the kind of personally-tailored, flexible care package my aunt and uncle needed in their final years. They were able to build up trusting relationships with their carers and continue living in their own much-loved home until they died. I live a considerable distance away from Mansfield and it was reassuring to know that they were being looked after so well. After my aunt was widowed in 2019 and lived alone for her last few months, the quality of the care she received was truly outstanding. Thank you.

The long-standing care my aunt received was always of the highest standard, and she felt utterly safe and secure in the knowledge that Exemplar was supporting her. Each carer treated her with such kindness and thoughtfulness, whilst maintaining complete professionalism in their duties. The flexible care offered by Exemplar allowed my aunt to remain at home until she passed away in March 2020; which is something for which the family will always be very grateful. Exemplar Homecare provided care to my mother and during that time, they provided an excellent service, being able to rapidly increase the number of visits as the needs of my mother changed, providing compassionate, flexible and professional care, dealing with many various ad-hoc issues that arose over and above the usual 'hours' and my mum very much enjoyed and appreciated their visits. An organisation is only as good as the people within it and the people I both met and communicated with from Exemplar were really wonderful and such a great help. My mother received care at home provided by Exemplar Care between November 2018 and December 2019. At all times she was treated with kindness and civility. The company's management demonstrated a level of compassion that we had not experienced from previous providers. The daily carer visits were welcomed by my mother whose needs were very well met and kept her living independently for as long as possible. The staff were particularly supportive of her when she needed medical assistance. Although my mother's condition has necessitated admission to a care home I would not hesitate to recommend Exemplar Care to anyone in need of high-quality support at home.
