All staff were and are extremely helpful. The previous company I was using were absolutely useless, Exemplar Homecare were recommended by a friend. Since Exemplar Homecare took over the care of my dad, all our lives have become much less stressed.

Carers are respectful of service users home and surroundings. Communication is excellent, timekeeping and cleanliness is excellent too.

Since the start of using the carers, they have been really polite to my mother and always on time and ever so helpful in every way. Nothing is too much trouble and my mum is really at ease with them. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for carers.

Exemplar Homecare has been providing care for my nana since March 2018. During this time my nana's care needs have increased. Exemplar has ensured that they adapted their care to meet my nana's needs, nothing has been too much trouble. They have provided extra care with little notice when we needed extra support. The management team and carers are dedicated to what they do, they have been so kind, patient and have shown my nana compassion. Exemplar stood out from other companies as getting to know my nana was a key priority.

I would not hesitate in recommending them and feel confident that my father is well cared for in a safe and respectful way.

Over all, the team have all helped which I am very great full for, and would have no problem in recommending the company to anyone needing care.

The service I have received from my carer has been excellent. She sees to all my requests making tea and breakfast, collecting my newspapers on her way daily.

At the start of the care, the person in charge came to introduce himself along with the carer that I would be getting on a regular basis. The times which I chose to have morning care have been kept to and the carer has always been on time which is very important to my husband's day and it also makes this so much easier without any stress.
