Their part-time, full-time and all around the clock service alternatives include companionship, home help, palliative care, sleep-in and waking nights, respite care, live-in care, dementia care and personal care. They perform tasks that range from meal preparation to medication reminders and incontinence support.
All services are personalised to the specific needs of an individual Service User. They carry out a care needs assessment for you or your ageing loved one in need of care and support and they establish a care plan that ensures professional, high quality, timely and consistent care.
Carers are carefully selected, trained, and constantly supervised to always ensure high-quality care. Above all, Carers share You & I Care’s values. They are Caring, Compassionate and they value improvement in the lives of Service Users.
You & I Care was founded and is managed by a Carer who dreamt of becoming an outstanding care provider from her first day at work as a Carer. You & I Care Services are an exemplary care provider with an incredible attention to detail.
They have complete empathy with the service user and are absolutely passionate about delivering excellent home care.

They have complete empathy with the service user and are absolutely passionate about delivering excellent home care.
Their logo states “to us it’s a calling” and that is clearly evident in their whole approach to caring.
Our carers are extremely professional and friendly, care in a relaxed, unhurried manner, arrive the same time every morning and evening and stay for the allotted time too! We have a maximum of 4-5 carers who come throughout the week.
This is our 3rd care provider and can honestly say the difference between them all is like chalk and cheese!
I just wish more care providers were like You & I Care Services!
I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone in the Brentwood area who requires the reassurance of excellent home care for their loved ones.
