All services are personalised to the specific needs of an individual Service User. They carry out a care needs assessment for you or your ageing loved one in need of care and support and they establish a care plan that ensures professional, high quality, timely and consistent care.

You & I Care was founded and is managed by a Carer who dreamt of becoming an outstanding care provider from her first day at work as a Carer.
