You & I Care is an award-winning home care provider that offers high-quality home care services to adults and elderly throughout the community who prefer to stay at home where their quality of life is enhanced without the stress of hardships and interruption or changes in daily routines. Their mission is to contribute to the changing face of ageing by replacing the fear of getting old with hope and promise; loneliness and isolation with companionship and providing care in one’s home.

Their part-time, full-time and all around the clock service alternatives include companionship, home help, palliative care, sleep-in and waking nights, respite care, live-in care, dementia care and personal care. They perform tasks that range from meal preparation to medication reminders and incontinence support.

All services are personalised to the specific needs of an individual Service User. They carry out a care needs assessment for you or your ageing loved one in need of care and support and they establish a care plan that ensures professional, high quality, timely and consistent care.

Carers are carefully selected, trained, and constantly supervised to always ensure high-quality care. Above all, Carers share You & I Care’s values. They are Caring, Compassionate and they value improvement in the lives of Service Users.

You & I Care was founded and is managed by a Carer who dreamt of becoming an outstanding care provider from her first day at work as a Carer. We've been using You & I Care to support my mother, who is 96, to help with washing, dressing and preparing food. The carers have been very understanding, compassionate and professional in everything they've carried out. It's been a real help for my mother who looks forward to seeing the carers each
morning.

We have been using You & I Care since Jan 2022. The carers visit twice a day, morning and evening, and are friendly, cheerful and caring and do their best to fulfil our wishes with utmost respect and compassion.

You & I Care looked after my father from October 2020. I can't fault how he was looked after by the manager and her team. My father felt comfortable with nine of the ladies, enjoying their company, and they were particularly empathetic to his needs and respected his dignity. I can't recommend You &
I Care enough as they stepped in when we were desperate for professional care to help him and enable him to stay in his own home.

Most carers are efficient, but the timing is very erratic, eg, I was told yesterday that a named carer would be here today at 9.15 am. I received a call at 9.45 to say a different carer would arrive at 11 am. She arrived at 11.30 am. This is not unusual, but I find it very frustrating, for this reason,
I would not wish to recommend your company to my friends.

We have been using You & I Care services since 2017. The level of care has been increased to the demands and needs and continuing care of my father who now needs 24-hour care within his home, which was always dads choice to stay in his own home. You & I Care are very professional in every manner and
although offering a high level of friendly caring service still within professional boundaries. We have previous experience with other companies but they do offer the high standards from You & I Care.
