I transferred my mum to the care of Oderma House as I was unhappy with the care she was receiving elsewhere.
I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and very caring. They were very keen to understand my mum's needs, interests and likes/dislikes. We discussed the care and what we wanted for my mum so she could return home and be independent again.
I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and very caring. They were very keen to understand my mum's needs, interests and likes/dislikes. We discussed the care and what we wanted for my mum so she could return home and be independent again.
The home was very welcoming, mum's room was lovely and clean, the ensuite facilities are a good size, she had her own TV, there was plenty of space in the room. The dining room was set out lovely, fresh food is cooked daily, mum was asked what she wanted to eat and her needs were catered for. She was very happy with the care and time spent on her recuperation. Thank you for taking great care of her.
