I'm only just started to use care services and this one is so good on all aspects of care. I've worked in care so I know about dignity etc. Staff are very friendly and even have time for banter with hubby which he likes.

The support I have had has been great. We have a good system nothing is too much trouble. Recently the office has been a great help getting GP's to come with quicker response than I can do. I have received regular contact with the office.

Very happy with all the care I'm receiving. Everyone is really nice and friendly. They help me with the food and help me to wash in the morning, which is a great help.

I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for the standard of care, kindness + professionalism shown to my mum in last 10 mths. Both from the office to those who gave "hands on" care each day, thank you Carefour, Worcester.

The carers is very good and all very nice. Sometimes they sit and chat with me if there any washing on the line they will get it.

I am cared for very professionally. My disability is increasing e.g mobility and eyesight, both of which are being referred for treatment. Carers are good company with time and patience, good humoured and make my sedentary lifestyle much more tolerable.

I am very happy with the service and staff and workers are polite, friendly and willing to help in any way they can.

What can I say other than the service is absolutely fantastic, so caring and competent with mom. Mom's eyes light up when the carers come. The client and carer are so well matched. Would recommend the company to friends and family.

My elderly and very infirm mother has been under the care of the wonderful Carefour Home Care team since February 2024. From my first contact with the local manager who conducted the initial assessment, I have been impressed with the high level of professionalism and total dedication to clients exhibited by all Carefour staff involved in the care of my Mother. The carers who directly look after my mother are brilliant with all the tasks they carry out, but more importantly they are all authentic individuals who genuinely care about their work and their clients - I have total peace of mind I know my mother is in very safe and caring hands!

My wife receives an excellent service from all her carers. They are caring, sensitive and treat her with dignity. Her confidence has grown thanks to the way they are supportive of her. She looks forward to them arriving as she relaxes as they make her feel calm. I feel supported by them as it gives me time to go shopping and do other errands.
