I get on with the girls really well, they help where needed. The little things they help with, without me asking them to. I have asked for an increase for an extra shower day a week which they have accommodated.

Carefour staff really do make the world of difference! Highly recommended!

We really are very pleased with the service and cannot fault from start to finish. Will recommend. No complaints to report either at all. We are grateful to all the staff, they have their own personalities and own ways of doing things that result in such a good job.

We contacted Carefour Home Care and Live-in Care to arrange care for my elderly mother. The communication from start to finish was amazing. The manager talked through all the details and explained the process making sure everything was handled to our liking. She answered all the queries I had promptly and made sure we were happy with everything. I felt it was about putting my mother as a priority, something that was very important to us as a family. The care that has been provided has been excellent and offers us comfort that all is well with our mother when we can't be near her. She has commented on how much she enjoys the ladies' company and support. Thank you very much Carefour.

I can’t thank the office staff enough for all their help and organisation; the level of care provided can’t be faulted in any way and I have already recommended you to others.

After having a poor experience with another provider I was recommended Carefour Home Care by a family friend when looking for a care package for my elderly aunt. Throughout the whole process, and from my initial contact, the Carefour team could not have been any more helpful, answering all my (sometimes trivial) questions and putting my mind totally at ease and as a result, I am now confident that a dear family member is receiving the valuable care that she deserves and needs. I started using Carefour Home Care when I wanted to visit friends for 4 nights. My daughters 'found' Carefour and a charming lady was provided to look after my husband who suffers from dementia and very poor mobility. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by the carer and all the admin staff. I will definitely be using Carefour in the future.

Unfortunately, I was not very happy with the care agency I was discharged from hospital with and was having panic attacks at night thinking about them coming the next day. So we informed the social worker that I wanted to change agencies and my mum phoned Carefour and spoke to the manager who said they had capacity and she was able to come out that afternoon (this was before lockdown). We instantly got a really good feeling, and I was so excited about starting with Carefour. All of the carers have been really lovely - they are so bubbly and chatty and are also excellent carers in helping me. The only reason I am leaving CareFour is because I am going back to the in-house carers where I live as they now have capacity. I cannot recommend CareFour highly enough for anyone needing care in the community. Thank you so much to all of your lovely carers.

From the moment I phoned Carefour to see if they had capacity to provide care to my daughter, I was impressed. The manager came out to assess and I immediately had confidence in the ability of the agency to provide sensitive, person-centred care. I was not wrong, they provided excellent care calls, four times a day from March to the present day.

It has been reassuring to have their support during a difficult few weeks, giving me the confidence to manage more independently.

From the initial visit by management and senior carer, we have received exceptional care from the team. The carers come punctually and treat mum with gentle care, respectfully and with good humour. She has become very fond of several of them and now sees them as friends. Also, the timings of the carers visits have been adjusted over time to fit in with mums preferences, so giving her care tailored precisely to her needs.

CareFour is the most professional and trustworthy care team I have used on various occasions. They are always punctual and on very rare occasions a few minutes late always an apology if this happens. If not a quick phone call to say they are on the way. On my latest contract, I ended the visits one too early. This was for the important evening visit for a hot meal and to secure the property for the night. After a quick call to the office, a carer made a special journey to help me out. Without this special help, I would have gone hungry and felt unsafe overnight. I can not praise the company enough and will certainly employ them in the future. No reasonable request is refused.

After my husband selected Carefour and I saw the quality of service provided I felt fully assured that I could go on holiday with friends knowing that my husband would be well cared for. Of the staff I have met, I found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. My husband is most happy and classes all Carefour staff as friends as opposed to business contractors.

I have been very happy with this young lady. All your staff have been very kind.

I have found Carefour very good in all ways and it helps me a lot. On odd occasions, I'm not sure who is coming but someone always comes. My husband has a good relationship with all carers.
