We are delighted that you find our overall standard, staff and care support is excellent. Rotas are sent out fortnightly by post and this ensures clients are always aware of the Carers time of arrival. We will look into why you sometimes don’t receive this. It is important to us that you are entirely pleased with our service at all times and we value your feedback. Our COVID-19 safety practices are always in line with the latest guidance, our PPE stocks are ample and ongoing training for our care team means that you or a loved one will be safe in our care.
