I have been very happy with this young lady. All your staff have been very kind.

I have found Carefour very good in all ways and it helps me a lot. On odd occasions, I'm not sure who is coming but someone always comes. My husband has a good relationship with all carers.

Face to face practical care is excellent. Care plan only completed after 3 months of care. Not always notified of the time of arrival - varies between 8:30 and 9:15 am.

I have been very pleased with all the staff that work with me, they all treat me with respect and dignity, I can get out and about, I can also stay independent with them helping me with things and they do not take over. They are easy to talk with no matter what it's about. Their paperwork is easy to understand and if I don't agree with anything I know who to talk to and they are happy to go through it with me. They are better than any company I have had before.

I cannot recommend Carefour highly enough. They provided fantastic care and support to my 96-year-old grandmother who was deaf and had vascular dementia. They helped the family to plan for my grandmother's discharge from hospital and provided a carer who was perfectly suited to her needs. We had tried several other care agencies and none of them could come close to the quality of care, and compassion, that Carefour provided. I was particularly impressed by the support and genuine concern that the management team showed the carer and how the whole team worked together to ensure my grandmother had the best possible care. I know that without Carefour we would not have been able to get my grandmother home and that due to this she was at peace in her final days. On behalf of all of the family, a sincere heartfelt thank you for the wonderful service that you provide.

Dad and I are very pleased with the service. It is good to know he is in the safe hands of people he enjoys being around.

Carefour are a cut above the rest. My daughter has just completed her first year at University living away from home for the first time. Without the professionalism of this care agency, this would not have been possible. How they manage to recruit and employ so many reliable, kind, professional and compatible carers is simply brilliant. Rarely do you come across such a well run company.

Carefour has supported me to build confidence and independence. I am also happy with the overall quality of the service as it allows me to access the wider community.

Suggestions on use of equipment, previously unused, have also contributed to a smooth running process that we currently enjoy at care time. Managers make regular visits where the overall process can be reviewed as to the level of success. They do what they say - great.

The care I received was following discharge from hospital. Management visited me in my own home and after discussion, a care plan was agreed. Carers arrived on time, they were efficient, kind and treated me with dignity. I could not fault the service they provided and feel they contributed significantly to my recovery a view shared by my family.

Carefour has been my husband's carers since July 2016. We have both been very satisfied with them. We have a rota so we know which carer is coming. They clock in on arrival and clock out when they leave. They are all efficient and cheerful. All is left tidy when they leave. They send a resume of what they have done, to the care manager, via smartphones.

I have been really impressed with all aspects of Carefour Home Care. We have been treated extremely well from the first assessment to the present day. All staff have given my husband the dignity that I wanted for him. He has bonded well with them and I cannot put into words how much I value all that has been done for us both by the cheerful staff.
