Without exception, the carers who came to assist me after my hip replacement were kind,caring, and very aware of my limitations following a total hip replacement. They were interested in my progress, and were always happy to do whatever we asked. Things like changing the bed sheets, preparing veggies for our meal and making us both a hot drink

I am so impressed with the service my mum receives from Alina Homecare. From making my initial enquiry looking for care for my mum, the office team were very responsive and came out immediately to assess my mum and her care needs. My mum was hesitant to having carers but their warm, kind and friendly approach made my mum and our family feel reassured and comfortable with having carers in place. Every essential detail was discussed during the assessment and her care package was quickly put into place. My mum now looks forward to the carers visiting and the office are always there to help if we ever need anything. The app is very useful too and gives me peace of mind if I am away. I highly recommend Alina Homecare to anyone looking for care for themselves or a loved one and I am so pleased with all the team.

Mum has had different carers coming in but each one has shown they are aware of her personal needs before arriving and carry out the requested tasks efficiently, professionally and consistently to each other but most importantly in a friendly manner. This has enabled mum to feel comfortable with each carer and allowed her to ease into a very new concept extremely quickly.

I could not have been happier with the service Mum and Dad have received from the Alina Home Care Potters Bar team. The carers who visited did everything I asked for and more. They are very caring, respectful, and professional. I am pleased with how good they were at communicating with Mum and Dad and how interested they are in what they have to say. I cannot recommend the Potters Bar Alina care more. Not only were they professional and incredibly kind, the carers went out of their way to make my Mum feel cared for by doing things for her that she didn't need to ask. They all showed a thoughtfulness towards her that was very much appreciated by me. I must also praise the team coordinating the carers time tables as Mum's care became more. A staff member in particular was so accommodating and helpful. Thank you Alina, I would definitely use your services again.

My mum engaged Alina Homecare following a fall and has been very happy with the service. Her carers are prompt, efficient and very kind. She feels completely at ease with the ladies that visit and they have been a great asset to her and the family.

Having been put in contact with Alina after my mum's diagnosis of dementia, and using the service for over a year now, I have been greatly impressed by the care, knowledge, and skill of its staff over that period. Use of equipment and the implementation of technical up to date modern techniques of how to manage this difficult condition. The help has been very supportive.

My elderly mother, who has dementia, has received daily visits from the ladies at Alina Homecare since she broke her hip some months ago. The service has been excellent throughout, from receiving weekly spreadsheets confirming visiting times to the carers themselves.
