Alina Homecare Borehamwood and Cheshunt

My husband has been cared for by Alina for approximately 2 years now. The service we receive from them is second to none, everybody that attends to look after my husband treats him (myself and our daughter) with the greatest respect, they are all always polite, friendly, and very respectful of our home. After attending to my husband and making sure he is comfortable in his chair, or in the evening in his bed, they make sure everything is put away. They always ask if there is anything else they can do for us before they leave. Alina Homecare provide us with a rota, and if any changes need to be made they inform us. I would highly recommend this company.

The care my wife received is first class. The carers are very friendly and do a fantastic job. We had carers before from other places but they have not been as good as Alina. Always on time. Clean up when finished and left tidy.

Both my Mother and Mother in Law used this service from July 2011 until January 2021. My Mother in Law from July 2011 until August 2018 and my Mother from April 2013 until January 2021. During this time both received excellent care on a daily basis and built up an excellent friendship with all the different carers. A routine between client and carers was quickly established with the carers willing to help with any problems that may arise. Should any problems arise the manager was always on hand to solve them. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future if I so required.

We could not have asked for more and right from the start were impressed as to how dependable, competent and universally cheerful the carers were. There were never any worries in leaving my Mum in the good care and support which was above and beyond what we could reasonably expect involving unblocking toilets, moving furniture, fish suppers and, most importantly, providing a wealth of knowledge and good advice to help us cope. Continuity of care has been very good and constant. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers that call on my mum and we really appreciate their help and kindness.

The Carers are great, hardworking and make it easier for me to be away when needed. They know her needs, wants and everyday routine. She (mum) feels safe with her regular Carers.
