Meet the Team (6)
Jody has over 20 years of experience in the care industry. Jody started her career as a care assistant in a local care home and moved on to work in brain rehabilitation. This opened the door to become a trainer in the health and social care industry and completed level 3 AET in training. Jody then went on to be a manager and completed her Level 5 in Health and social care management. Jody is currently based in Stella Care office in Torquay and enjoys being part of the day to day running of the business. In her spare time, Jody enjoys photography and spending time in Cornwall with her family.
Kerry is the operations manager of Stella Care. Kerry has over 20 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in the care industry. She has worked and gained valuable insight from a variety of large healthcare organisations over the years. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, keeping fit and spending time with her family.
Nicola is a fun and supportive member of Stella Care and joined us as a registered manager in 2018. Nicola started her carer in care 30 years ago. She has a background in health and social care training, dementia and learning disabilities. Nicola also holds a NVQ level 4.
Lucy is a motivated and passionate member of our team. Lucy joined Stella Care as a community carer in 2018 and has since been promoted to senior lead. Lucy joined the care sector when she left school nearly 20 years ago.
Tara has a dynamic personality and takes pride in her job. Tara joined Stella Care in 2016 as a care worker and has since been promoted to Team leader. Tara has previous experience training as a social worker.
Paula is a very loyal and versatile member of our team. Paula joined Stella Care as an admin assistant in 2016 and is now the office Administrated and training coordinator. Paula has over 30 years of experience in care and support for learning disabilities and elderly care.
