I can only praise the care and support offered to my Mum. The carers who attend are always bright, bubbly and lovely in the way they look after her. They treat her with dignity and always let her have input in the way things are done.

Very happy with the service we receive. My husband has dementia so is very forgetful. He is also stuburn and deaf so has trouble understanding what people say to him. The staff are very patient with him.
I would like more consistency with her care in the mornig about three regular cares in the morning and time not before 12 pm for lunch and between 7-7.30 mornig.
