Saif is a regular carer for my brother and my nephew who is an adult with learning difficulties. My worries and anxieties are gone since Saif became principal carer because I know the care that they both receive from Saif is one of compassion and care in the true sense.My brother and nephew engage happily with Saif and I am extremely happy with the service Saif provides. We look upon Saif as an member of our extended family. Nothing but praise for this young man. I can rely on him to let me know if there is any glitches in the household. He is fantastic example of when caring works properly

Overall I think this company, the carers are very good at there jobs they are professional and are aware about my issues, if there is a problem I just have to ring and they help me out. There have been many instances where certain carers have been dishonest in relation to their check in and check out times of visits. When I brought this up to the care agency Jewel they have actioned this but the dishonesty of carers in relation to the check in and check out times continues. Previously when appointing Jewel as the care company for my grandma, Jewel agreed that they could commit to a 8.30am morning visit, 12.30pm afternoon visit, 5pm tea visit and 7.30pm bed visit. Although this has somewhat been adhered to an extent, the timings were changed to a 8am morning visit without consulting me or my grandma whether the timing was appropriate. There have also been issues with timings of other visits where I have had to request Jewel multiple times to change the timings back to their original times due to my grandma's routine.

Our family are really happy with the level of care that has been provided by Jewel to my mum during the past two years. All of the carers are kind, considerate and friendly, and have a clear understanding of mum's needs and limitations. Both mum and dad have been able to build a strong, friendly relationship with the carers, which is helped by the fact that they see the same group of carers all of the time, and mum and dad look forward to their visits. The carers are professional, punctual, and offer flexibility with their visit times to fit in with mum and dad's needs when required. What is really pleasing is that they immediately flag any concerns that they might have to myself. We really do appreciate the care and support that the carers provide for mum. Also, liaison with the office team is very good, with the phones being answered quickly and requests being handled in an efficient and timely manner.

I had used a few care agencies but was never happy & became very stressed out before I found Jewel! I have been cared for by Jewel now for the past year & have nothing but praise for all of the staff. They always arrive within the slotted time. Each person who comes to my home is respectful and extremely professional. The staff are very kind & mindful of my dignity at all times. The staff always ensure that all tasks I need are done & always ask if i'm happy or need anything else before they leave. If I ever speak to the office staff they too are very helpful & proffessional. I can't recommend Jewel enough & would personally never use a different care company again.

I am highly qualified and well-prepared to fulfil the role of Registered Manager.
