The carers are always friendly and polite to my father, they are very caring and gentle with him.

He always looks forward to their visit and has a very good rapport with them and they always leave him happy. His needs are always met, he is always clean and leave the home tidy and clean.

Have had this company caring for my mum for a long long time now great staff without the staff and the carers they have coming to my house and other this company won't be number 1 in north west great service never had an issue always polite caeres have a select few that come they are great and always need them now don't need any other caeres they have a great team

I have a very good relationship with the management team at Jewel and all the carers I have are excellent and I couldn't manage now my life without them so I give them really top marks for looking after me and I'm so very grateful.. I started if I can remember rightly three years ago am I experience with Jewel and their Carers has been excellent and I couldn't. I couldn't give them any better respect than I have already and the time. Oh I'm most importantly what other people don't seem to have all my carers come on time and are very very good and I've never had one late ever except just maybe through our extreme circumstances but I can't even remember that so well done Jewel...

My husband has had carers from jewel for the last two years all the carers are very good the 2 regular ones that. Come at the moment are excellent and go out of there way to be very helpful also anyone that fills in on the day off are very good

I have worked in domiciliary care for 13 years, beginning my career as a care worker and progressing through a variety of roles, including Compliance Officer, Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager, Office Manager, and Nominated Individual. Over this time, I have developed extensive experience and expertise across all aspects of home care, including staff supervision, care planning, risk assessments, quality assurance, and the administrative responsibilities that ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

I am highly qualified and well-prepared to fulfil the role of Registered Manager. I am deeply committed to safeguarding both our staff and service users, and to ensuring that the care we provide is safe, responsive, well-managed, and of the highest possible standard. I take pride in implementing best practices that promote efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement within the service.

As a Registered Manager, my primary goal is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our service users. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive risk assessments for new clients, liaising with and attending meetings with social workers at clients’ residences, and managing complaints or concerns raised by carers, service users, and social workers, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.

I support carers with day-to-day employment matters, including policies, supervision, wellbeing, and performance concerns.
