Very supportive email today detailing new routine which is due to start next week. Hope it works and we don't have to make more changes to meet mum's needs.
Experience has been excellent. Mum had struck a great bond with the "we love to care" team which is really comforting for me as I know that she is in good hands. The office has always kept me appraised of any change in the Rota and on a regular basis they let me know of mum's needs including a list of what good there is in the house, keeping mum's mobile phone charged so that I can continue to contact her on a regular basis. I am happy to know that Mum is in good hands
The office staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend We Love Care to anyone who needs assistance for their loved ones
Just to say that my Mum finds them most helpful, some do the washing. Make the bed, cook her meals, so yes, they are very good. Thank you for all your help and support. What more could I say? We do not need to write an essay to say how we feel
I cannot fault the Company or the carers. The carers are lovely and understanding, the office staff are always available ready to help when needed. Mum was always in and out of hospital until we got We Love Care and the hospital admissions went down to nearly zero. Mum obviously has some favourites like one she calls the dancing lady, the one with the lovely accent plus some of the younger one. When Mum has been in hospital the carers call me to see how she is getting on. I would recommend the Company to everyone 100%. No complaints.
I enjoy listening to the carers making my brother happy and laughing. He is always telling the carers he loves them. The carers are always punctual and leave our home spotless which helps my mum.
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about We Love Care, their compassion towards my Nan was nothing but incredible. She was sometimes a handful to deal with and the carers always knew exactly how to handle the situation without causing her anymore stress! The girls in her last few days were amazing, we wouldn't have got through it without them<3 Would definitely recommend WLC to anyone needing assistance with their loved ones!
My husband enjoys all the times that we love care come. The carer sometimes helps him make lunch. He sometimes has a pamper session, goes to Mac Donald's, goes to Costa, goes to Tesco, plays Rummikub. The list is endless. I can go out to my groups safe in the knowledge that he is safe and well looked after. Sometimes he even goes out with the carer in the car for lunch at Toby Carvery. My husband never gets bored

We are beyond delighted with the service we have received from We Love Care. From the carers themselves to the detailed records they provide, everything is exemplary, and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
Thank you so much for your review. We are so pleased you are happy with our service.
I cannot praise We Love Care enough. My mum was in a difficult situation, and We Love Care stepped in immediately and amazingly, and gave her and my sister and myself all the support and help we could possibly have wished for at a time when we were in need. Everyone we met or spoke to really genuinely does love care. I cannot imagine that any other care organisation anywhere could have given us more. I honestly don't have a single negative thing I could say about them.
Thank you so much Huw for taking the time to feedback to us. Your feedback means the world to us and we were so happy to have been able to be there for you all. We will miss you and your wonderful mum.
Always happy with the service and find the app on the phone really useful with the info regarding the visit included. Tasks all complete with detail. Any issues are fed back and help is given where needed.
Thank you so much for your review and feedback.
Wonderful professional service when in desperate need. Always had same carer, who is a wonderful example of what care should be. Would only have to change if she is ill. Cannot speak highly enough of everyone concerned.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, We really appreciate it.
The office staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to any special requests.
The carers have all been well trained and empathetic, attentive to having good chemistry between them and my wife.
Thank you so much for your kind review, we really appreciate and value feedback and are so happy you are happy.
Great service, great staff, at a great price, very easy people to deal with. All the staff act in a professional manner and are easy to speak to, and any issues that arise are dealt with quickly and in a professional manner by staff or management.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We appreciate you taking the time and value your feedback.
I have my issues with the Owner. My contract was stopped because BCC fund my care and the fees were very high. I was very annoyed with how they shifted things around in the office but, it would be churlish not to recommend them on the basis that you are secure enough to pay for the best and demanding enough to ensure that you get that for your money. If you can do that, you will get very good care indeed - having sampled so many others.
I want to tell you how well my son is getting on with your wonderful carers. We really couldn’t be happier. He is treated so well, he has been out to all different places and nothing is too much trouble. We have never laughed so much. Music, singing, selfies he is in his element. He has started wearing jeans which might not seem a big thing, but his carer made it clear from the first day that nothing is too much trouble and jeans are no problem. All the carers style his hair, put his aftershave on, shave and moisturise his face. Again it is another huge thing for him. I don’t know how to explain it but it’s like he is his own person, he is treated like an adult rather than a child.
Another thing that I’m really happy about is his carer she includes my younger son. He struggles with meeting new people due to his ADHD and ASD but she has made him so at ease, that he actually now comes downstairs to join in the fun. It’s so refreshing to be surrounded by such happy carers.
I'm pleased with the service I get. The care has been good at all times.
The first visit my dad had with We Love Care was fantastic, the team of carers he had where just amazing! They really became a part of our family. Dad would light up when his ladies would come in, they were always extremely professional and we always had the same carers regularly which was such a plus. We could not have managed without them all and thank you for making the time we had with Dad so enjoyable!
Always happy.
The girls in the office always happy to help me.

Meet the Team (9)
My love of care began in 2017 after owning and running my own specialist social care recruitment business for many years and also leading a large care team who were working on temporary assignments within local care homes and home care agencies. I noticed many issues within the sector which worried me deeply, one of which was that owners were having difficulty in recruiting and retaining a quality work force. This didn’t seem to be a priority, nor was it something they seemed to care very much about at all and secondly I noticed that the level of customer service to clients was not at the forefront of providers minds.
One thing I was sure of without doubt, was that any care agency can only be successful if their staff were happy and motivated and if they had the right level of high quality staff working for them. I felt strongly that this needed to be addressed within the industry. I knew their was a gap in our community for a smaller agency, delivering a higher level of personalised care service. Even though I loved my recruitment career, I wanted to do something which gives back to our community and helps others outside the corporate world where I worked at the time. We Love Care wasn’t built to provide me with an income, as my recruitment business does just that, but it was built solely to provide a service to our local community. Since starting We Love Care I haven’t looked back and I can honestly I am the luckiest business owner.
We Love Care is pretty stress free to oversee, I never go to sleep worrying about the quality of my team or the levels of care we provide and this is due to the wonderful team I have around me. The team truly are amazing and from the moment I went out on my first care run I was in absolute awe of how special and important the job they do is. I love coming into work and I love watching our new clients transform under our care, alongside watching my team progress and grow within their careers. I truly do have the most rewarding role.
I oversee all operations within We Love Care and am responsible for all client relationships on a day to day basis, along with the recruitment side of the business of course.
