We are very lucky to have a regular small team of carers, all of whom are wonderful. My husband and I both enjoy and trust them as they know our routine and are excellent, extremely professional and always encouraging to my husband. We do appreciate very much having our regular small 'team' of carers as my husband's health is deteriorating, but we really look forward to the daily arrival of the 'special' carer, she arrives cheerful and always willing to help with any ongoing situations. It is so important that carers remain, as far as possible, caring for their regular clients as relationships can be formed, care more easily delivered and time is saved by the knowledge of the routine both for the carer and the client's family. Our lovely carers are willing and ready to help whenever needed, they have definitely become our friends. Personally I could not manage without 'my' friends 'my carers'. I do realise from years of personal experience how difficult rotas are to do and thank the management team for their hard work, but please keep our precious team coming to us when possible.

From the very first meeting with the We Love Care management which was extremely thorough and detailed with questions from both sides being answered clearly.

My wife has always been nervous about people coming into our house and was a bit wary about the first visit, we needn't have worried. The carers were very professional and polite and treated my wife with kindness. From the word go all the carers have been super and have become part of our family.

Following a terrible experience with a previous care company, we were lucky to be introduced to We Love Care in August 2019. So far they have been excellent and I highly recommend them. Mum, who has dementia and some specific health problems is now well cared for. The Maidenhead agency We Love Care is exceptionally well run, and I felt all my concerns were carefully listened to and a proper care plan put in place. We were then allocated consistent carers, and they turn up on time four times a day. Any queries/changes I want are always dealt with very promptly and efficiently and carers notes, which I can view on my mobile phone, are informative and helpful which is particularly useful on days when I am unable to visit mum. All the staff are kind, sensible, professional and work well making a great team. At long last, I feel my wonderful mother is being cared for properly as she deserves.

The standard of care is exceptional. Very nice people who do the caring roles. Consistent carers, always on time, very helpful and accommodating. The agency are excellent at keeping you informed if there is any change in carer from the weekly rota provided or if there is any delay in the carer arriving.

Overall, an excellent service with lovely and caring people, both carers and office and you really feel you are the 'only' client.

Help from June 2018 was good. The carers have kept in touch with my daughter in Cumbria and my son in Somerset. I broke bones in my leg above the ankle (which had broken 22 years ago). I had three weeks in hospital and returned for a checkup and was readmitted as an infection set in caused through a loose seam in plaster. Came home 2nd Jan 2018 within a few hours developed a nasty chest infection. The agency and my own GP cared for me in January and I got going by the middle of February.

Dad was well-cared for with great respect and dignity. His regular team of carers engaged with him as a person and chatted, sang and laughed with him.

The family's wish for Dad to remain at home for his palliative care was supported and enabled by We Love Care even on his last day. Thank you.

Finding “We Love Care”, has proved to be the answer to my prayers. Having previously had a bad experience with a care provider, we had some concerns before signing up. Suffice to say, we need not have worried. It was the best thing we ever did.
I have a 96-year-old friend who, with” the help of “We Love Care” still manages to live alone. The team are friendly, gentle, caring and kind. They go out of their way to look after and support her in every way, treating her as if she were one of their own family, not only with dignity and respect but with genuine affection. They help with washing, dressing, and medication, with meal preparation, shopping and cleaning. When she is up to it they take her out for lunch, on shopping trips and to medical appointments. Nothing is ever too much trouble, making each and every visit eagerly awaited.

I am very grateful to the team for their consistent outstanding service, I really don't know what I would do without them! Thank you.

We have all been so happy with the care you have provided for my Nan during the last 6 months. It’s a huge comfort to know you all treated her like family and gave her the respect and dignity she deserved. All the carers were punctual, reliable and caring. We were always notified of any concerns immediately. Even now she is in hospital you enquire about her which is lovely. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for amazing care for their relatives.

Thanks for everything.

The carers and the company go out of their way to help but also to accommodate everyone in all areas, including financial and they have succeeded with my mother and me.

It is a massive relief to know that such a company and such people are in our lives, available to help whenever needed and to such an extent.

Genuine care can only be delivered when client family members and the home are treated with dignity and respect. Currently, that happens with consideration, empathy and friendliness.

This so far a good experience, one to be recommended.

My love of care began in 2017 after owning and running my own specialist social care recruitment business for many years and also leading a large care team who were working on temporary assignments within local care homes and home care agencies. I noticed many issues within the sector which worried me deeply, one of which was that owners were having difficulty in recruiting and retaining a quality work force. This didn’t seem to be a priority, nor was it something they seemed to care very much about at all and secondly I noticed that the level of customer service to clients was not at the forefront of providers minds.

One thing I was sure of without doubt, was that any care agency can only be successful if their staff were happy and motivated and if they had the right level of high quality staff working for them. I felt strongly that this needed to be addressed within the industry. I knew their was a gap in our community for a smaller agency, delivering a higher level of personalised care service. Even though I loved my recruitment career, I wanted to do something which gives back to our community and helps others outside the corporate world where I worked at the time. We Love Care wasn’t built to provide me with an income, as my recruitment business does just that, but it was built solely to provide a service to our local community. Since starting We Love Care I haven’t looked back and I can honestly I am the luckiest business owner.

We Love Care is pretty stress free to oversee, I never go to sleep worrying about the quality of my team or the levels of care we provide and this is due to the wonderful team I have around me. The team truly are amazing and from the moment I went out on my first care run I was in absolute awe of how special and important the job they do is. I love coming into work and I love watching our new clients transform under our care, alongside watching my team progress and grow within their careers. I truly do have the most rewarding role.

I oversee all operations within We Love Care and am responsible for all client relationships on a day to day basis, along with the recruitment side of the business of course.

I grew up and have lived in Maidenhead for most of my life with my partner and our 15 year old daughter Molly who attends Newlands girls school and my 7 month old son Ezra

I am a huge animal lover and have 3 dogs (Oscar, Elise and Buddy). Elise has been a huge hit with clients who enjoy accompanying me on walks with her and two cats (Elsa and Bella).

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with my family, meditation, Yoga and walks with my dogs.

I knew I wanted to work in care from a young age when my nan became very ill, we cared for her as a family and knowing that we made her last days as comfortable as possible I always wanted to do that for others.

I started working in care homes around 11 years ago then went onto domiciliary care until the beginning of 2019 when I started my role as a care Co-Ordinator at We Love Care.

I love working for We Love Care as everyone has the same idea of how care should be delivered as I do, all of the staff have been exceptional, and it is nice to be surrounded by a good friendly team.
